What do you like best about Superpower?

What I like most about Superpower is how fast and easy it is to use. It does a great job filtering out harmful Meta comments while making it simple to keep replies on-brand, even at high volume, without a lot of manual work.

What do you dislike about Superpower?

Not much honestly. Analytics could probably be a little more detailed but it's not something my company needs at this stage so I'm 100% happy with everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superpower solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superpower solves the challenge of managing large volumes of social comments without risking brand safety or spending hours doing it manually. Before, it was hard to keep up with everything, especially filtering out harmful or irrelevant comments while still responding quickly and staying on-brand.

Now, it automates a big part of that process. Harmful comments get handled, and replies stay consistent and aligned with our tone of voice, even at scale. What do you like best about Superpower?

I’ve been using Superpower Social for over a year, and it’s genuinely transformed how I manage my online presence. The AI-powered moderation keeps my comment sections clean without me having to constantly monitor them, which has been huge for protecting my brand, especially on paid ads.

What I love most is how fast and consistent it is at replying to comments in my voice. It’s helped me stay connected with my audience while freeing up hours every week. What do you dislike about Superpower?

If I had to point out anything, I’d say it takes a bit of time upfront to train the AI to fully match your tone and fine-tune the filters, but that’s to be expected with something this powerful. Once it’s dialed in, it runs smoothly and saves a ton of time. I’d love to see even more customization in the analytics down the road, but what’s already there has been super useful. What problems is Superpower solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superpower is solving two major problems for me: staying on top of comments and scaling genuine engagement. Before using it, I was spending hours every single day managing replies and trying to keep my comment sections clean. Since bringing Superpower into my workflow, that time has been cut down drastically. I’m now able to engage with way more of my audience, and because replies stay consistent and on-brand, it’s actually deepened the connection with my followers. That kind of scale and consistency just wasn’t possible before, and the results speak for themselves. Since using Superpower, I’ve grown from 1.5 million to over 3.2 million followers in a year, and the growth continues steadily.
