What stands out most for me is how quickly we can build genuinely good learning. The AI course builder and content library helps me to stand up a course or a full Pathway in a fraction of the time it would normally take, and it looks polished. For onboarding and compliance especially, that has been a game changer, new starters get a professional, consistent experience from day one. What do you dislike about SuperPath? A few of the newer features are still maturing, but the platform improves constantly and the team acts on feedback quickly. We needed to deliver consistent training that suits our staff, during onboarding, dealing with compliance and upskilling etc - and I don't have a large L&D team to build it all from scratch. SuperPath lets us create and roll out content fast, keep it all in one place, and automate the reminders and follow-ups. We are able to build customised learning paths for our teams, leveraging freely available resources such as YouTube. We have mapped our engineering career framework and now my team has visibility into what's expected in their role and what they need to do to develop the skills and grow. Allowing our volunteers to complete their training on their own time and at their speed has made things so much easier than trying to schedule meetings for all 50 states and 5 time zones. The one thing we would love to do would be to hide our organization's content in the library so our volunteers can't 'skip ahead'. This makes it difficult for us to make them complete one pathway before getting to the next because we've already uploaded the content as we're building new paths.
