## About SuperOps
SuperOps is a unified PSA+RMM platform built for MSPs of all shapes and sizes. SuperOps's platform is built on three principles 1. One for all, all-in-one If you can dream it, you can do it. SuperOps is the only unified MSP that will take the pain out of your everyday tasks. No more switching between five tools to complete one simple task. 2. Get tasks done while you’re asleep We are an automation-first platform. Automation sits at the center of everything we are building at SuperOps.ai. Our platform is designed to save at least three man-hours every week. That’s six days of vacation! Sit back, relax, and leave the grunt work to our platform. 3. Draws you in, blows your mind Our MSP software's human-centered design is beautiful and easy on the eyes. We took great care in crafting the UI because even the little things matter to us. Everything looks better, feels better you wish you had more stuff to do (just to hang out in the software).

## SuperOps Reviews
 ### 1. SuperOps.ai Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

we have recently moved over to SuperOps.ai from our outdated helpdesk system.

The UI is really easy to use and keeping on top of tickets and collaborating with colleagues/staff. The remote access splashtop integration is a really usefull tool for remoting onto machines with ease. 10/10

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

my personal dislike is with the "My workspace" page. i cannot customise and move "Helpdesk tickets" or "My Tickets" to the top of the page. this has been noted by web design and this feature may come in the future.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote access to machines / ease of reporting back to the end users and in depth ticket solving

 ### 2. Dynamic solution to meet our ever growing needs and demand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Support and Features - one stop shop that keeps growing.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Some features missing - but as they are highted support/dev team add super quick.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all the features in 1 solution is the best thing for us, asset and tickets were seperate solutions prevouisly and the same for other features which allows us to support our customers better and keep improving as we move forward.

 ### 3. Amazing System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard S. | IT Services Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

After a lot of research, I found this to be the best value for money RMM/PSA tool. They are also really responsive when taking feedback/improvement suggestions.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Projects/Tasks still need some work but I know they are working on this currently.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps has brought together all of the tools we need into a single solution. This has saved us time and improved our SLAs but improving automation.

 ### 4. Great Helpdesk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Speed and ability to unify information into a single page.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

sometimes the service goes down for 5-10 minutes or the site doesnt load and we just get a white screen with the chat button.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced our older and on premises system which was showing its age. It allowed us to remove on-premises assets and become a more cloud centred business.

 ### 5. Superops RMM provides impressive scripting, remote control, alerting, support, and reporting.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Alert devices that are responsive. Like the scripting engine. Patch the system to be responsive. Documentation sub-engine is a bonus. Remote control through Splashtop is an added bonus. The support team is extremely quick and always available with hints to improve. It's great that it integrates with Xero.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Lack of an installer that can search and push to multiple endpoints

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Server and Desktop alerting, reporting, and assistance with Patch Management

 ### 6. Great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Tickets can be put in catagories depending on what type of ticket is made by the customer

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

If two people are on a ticket and the same time we are unable to see that another person is viewing it

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers are able to log tickets with problems so they can get solved before a engenieer can get to site

 ### 7. Fantastic PSA/RMM solution with constant upgrades and great customer engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy D. | Technical Services Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We previously used separate PSA and RMM systems, so moving to SuperOps was a no brainer. The ability to request and vote on new features is fantastic, and feedback is always listened to. they also reply to any contact very quickly, in fact i dont think i have ever waited longer than 5 minutes for an initial reply.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is still in its infancy and has many features to incorporate which would be useful.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By linking our PSA and RMM systems, we are able to more efficiently support our clients, as well as manage our client relationships.

 ### 8. Next Generation RRM and PSA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Modern UI and the speed while using the web application. It has everything you need to start as a MSP. Customer service and tech support is very fast in replying back.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

It would be great if the scripts could link to ChatGPT. It would also be great if documentation can link to SSL Certificates expiry dates like IT Glue does.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alot of RRM and PSA are very clunky and slow but SuperOps is very fast and has all the tools I need to run my MSP company. The UI is also very user friendly.

 ### 9. Perfect for MSPs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Support is very helpful and responsive. Interface is easy to use and settings are easy to navigate and adjust.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Some features you see in more established products are still in active development.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to take a lot of work that normally would be done manually after hours and automate it.

 ### 10. Super Ops Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Everything is in one place and it is easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The App does not have an option to chance the priority of a ticket and the system goes very slow on occasion

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves us having to use multiple systems to support our clients

 ### 11. Great newcomer to the MSP PSA/RMM vendor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I love how SuperOps was built from the ground up with a modern mentality. They do focus on automation, and they really listen to the community. I have had direct talks with engineers with suggestions that they have implemented.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Being new, SuperOps still needs a little polishing. Some basic features are missing. The ability to Bulk edit and public notes are some of the features currently missing, but they are already working on them.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scripting module is very easy to use, which helps us automate software install easier and become more efficient. The ticket automation module is the best we have seen so far, and I have used pretty much all the big companies platforms.

 ### 12. User Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross C. | Technical Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Very user friendly system, quite easy to navigate around and find what you are needing to do

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Sometimes can be a bit slow to navigate.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a good RMM system to remote onto machines and also keep ontop of patch management

 ### 13. I little buggy, but has true potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

User-friendly, developers are open to new ideas and suggestions, quick application time, constantly improving, integrated features, and easy to use for multi-org support.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The app is super buggy. Clicking from tab to tab, asset, search, ect. takes several seconds to load new pages. Dropdown menues lag and take a long time to load,

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of the suggestions my team has submitted have been under review and implemented fairly quickly. Canned responses, ticket auditing, script updates, ect. have all be useful

 ### 14. Great features for MSPs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The tools SuperOps.ai provides is perfect for MSPs, it combines both the accessibility of CRM software and technicalities of RMM software to make operations seemless for IT support operations.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps.ai is comparatively in the beggining stages of development, and as such, it would not be as developed and feature fledged as other solutions. However, the developement team is very responsive and open to changes and updates, rolling out updates and fixes very quickly.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of Access to multiple fronts required for IT companies such as asset management, and remote access without using multiple platforms to do the same job. The GUI is also intended not just for looks, it is very intuitive and allows for a good workflow.

 ### 15. Finally everything in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valdimar Örn E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

That I can have everything in one place and manage everything i need using only SuperOps

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

I have not been disatisfied with anything big about SuperOps yet, only small problems that customer service is quick to fix.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage IT for many different companies, by using SuperOps we have a great overview of all our clients and their satisfaction has improved since we started using SuperOps

 ### 16. Simple to set up and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We are a new MSP and we were looking for an RMM solution with builtin PSA capabilities. SuperOps' UI and ease of setting up was a big factor in our decision to choose the solution. The support is very quick to respond to questions and requests.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is a relativly new player on the market and I would like to see even more integrations with other solutions available. The mobile app is still very basic.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps gives us the ability to manage our customers and contracts in on eplace. We can monitor their assets and track tickets and worklogs. The solution gives us a holistic overview of our clients in one place.

 ### 17. Have had a great experience in terms of onboarding and support as well

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Patching , RMM and application installation using chocolatey

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Had an issue where a file more then 100mb could not be uploaded using superops and installed on client

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing customers devices has helped me reduce my time I am spending

 ### 18. Superb and highly developed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Managing director/IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

It's a simple and intuitive interface. It brings a nice dash of colour.
Cosmetic, I know, but to me, it's important to have a platform that you enjoy using.
The automation is great. It's easy to add automation too.
And there is a superb team of very fast responders to help you every step of the way, with illustrated replies.
The Kanban view is what I like the most as it's really easy to see where your jobs are at a glance.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

It's not 'yet' as fully functional as my outgoing system (Syncro). But the reasons above vastly outweigh that.
And it's evolving, getting better and better because they listen to us.
Apart from that, there is nothing to dislike.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any functionality that is missing, that is considered core, is worked on quickly. Roll-outs are spot on. Everything is tested, tweaked and then tested again and again.
Having a simple-to-view interface is our biggest problem with our old system. Superops answers this perfectly.
Syncro has tickets that you can change the importance/severity etc. But the view stays the same.
Superops colour codes the tickets automatically by your chosen settings. You can see at a glance which tickets need work before others. Working with those colours and Kanban, it's answering a huge issue that we have with Syncro.
AND.... it supports HTML ticketing. Something we have been asking Syncro to do for years!

 ### 19. SuperOps.ai Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Integrations in SuperOps are well made and refined/polished. SuperOps is also in good communication with the businesses it works with.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is very new in the market and there isn't a high number of integrations though, more integrations would be highly appreciated

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote IT work through patch management and Splashtop. As well as general RMM work

 ### 20. Super Ops is the way forward

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Super Ops is useful forgetting in touch with customers and allows me access client info easily

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The site has been intermittenly crashing and stops working for a period of time.

I imagine this is due to the amount of data

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super ops is providing a way to easily communciate with customers

 ### 21. Overview of SuperOps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Simple to look at and navigate, clean exterior.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

There may be way too much choice in order to personalise it.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its keeping customer info in once place where we can also use it to navigate to customer machines, and also to log tickets, keep machines up to date by patch management etc

 ### 22. Awesome MSP platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is an awesome 'msp multi-tool'
We were able to amalgamate 4 different systems into a single pane of glass, which was massive for us.
On top of that, we gained additional tools like project management and a shared sales mailbox.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

So far so good on this front. All issues have been minor, mainly 'on our previous platform we could do xzy, how does SO do it? The team are really responsive and helpful.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating multiple platforms into one platform has been massive for us. It's great that we can take prospect clients, use a shared sales inbox, convert them to a paid client and keep all correspondence etc. together. It's got our teams working closer because accounts can see what sales has done, tech can add tasks for sales for new tech/licensing etc and accounts can create invoices. Love it.

 ### 23. Good looking UI with plenty of features and more to come

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I love that you can leave feedback and ideas that you can vote on with other users of superops

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

tickets dont update in realtime which in the past has meant 2 people have ended up working on the same ticket

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has helped streamline our ticket system and processes

 ### 24. Very clear and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Great varity of options and allot of fuctions that mean it covers all the arease needed,

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Can be a little slow sometimes but they are working on it so not a major issues

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for centralised administration of our assests

 ### 25. Extensive feature set, very responsive support, great value compared to other products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The support is excellent - very responsive by chat, email and phone, and very knowledgeable about the product. Great value compared to the majority of competitors, given our budget as a non-profit org. Clear roadmap and actively listening to and engaging with the product's users to guide development.

Very quick and easy to deploy to a large number of assets. The ability to switch between hierarchical or group-based policy management is excellent and allows for more complex environments like ours to be easily represented in policies. The audit trail logged for every activity, both by tech and automated, is clear and concise whilst retaining all the essential information.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

No network discovery as of yet, though it is in active development. Likewise no Linux agent, but again this is in active development. EU-based hosting is also coming later this year, but it would have been nice to have it immediately. Their mobile app also needs some additional development to bring it completely in line with competitors - the ability to create tickets from inside the app and utilise remote support/connectivity from a mobile device would be excellent.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an internal IT department, so we are not the primary focus of RMM tools. However, as a Multi Academy Trust, we have highly variable environments across our estate, so we function somewhat like a mini MSP. SuperOps gives us an extensive toolset for fantastic value, able to unify all of our support, patch management and automation in one pane of glass.

 ### 26. Great RMM tool for IT Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis W. | Head of Technology & Data, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We like how the majority of the tool is web-based & the UI is simple to use. The reporting tool provides great insight with the ability to create custom alerts. Allows us to monitor which assets aren't meeting their requirements.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

My only negative about the platform is there was no documentation for the Splashtop integration. To remote into your assets, you require Splashtop for RMM, I managed to get the install file from the support chat within 5 minutes.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary reason for using Superops.ai is to manage our assets effectively, keep our software up to date and ensure our staff isn't overloading the assets.

 ### 27. Overall Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps has everything that is required for a robust helpdesk solution

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Was confusing at first and difficult to navigate. Continued use improved experience

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of remote access

 ### 28. New User at an MSP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Moving from SolarWinds, the UI at SuperOps is such a welcome improvement. Easy to navigate, clean, customizable widgets.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

No option to set "Holiday" mode to notify when people assign to tickets whilst you're off.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing users Issues easier than other platforms.

Computer management across all our computer assets.

 ### 29. Smooth transition to SuperOps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Very easy to use, with many different features

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The app can be a little buggy and slow at times

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows the business to support customers alot more effectively.
Built in remote control is very easy to use and saves time having to switch between different applications

 ### 30. Fresh of breath air for IT Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad I. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The Interface is easy, snappy and we really love the different tabs you can work through inside the web app. Saved opening lots of chrome tabs. Efficient.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Nothing at the moment. We feel like the desktop agent can be improved (live chat etc) but I think it's on its way.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps helps us integrate with Acronis, Pax8 and XERO which are the 3 main systems and tools we use. Therefore it's relationship mapping is really helpful.

 ### 31. Great all in one RMM-PSA with continued improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The best thing about superops, is that almost everything you need to run an MSP is through one platform, not 3-4 different tools and vendors to work with.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The product is new, so it still has a lot of functions that are being developed and refined. Maturity of the product would be my biggest dislike.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better billing integration has been something I asked for early in my usage of SuperOps. this is to help with clients that have multiple clinics and billing arrangements.

 ### 32. The best non-US based team we've ever worked with.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We have been working with the SuperOps team for a few months on evaluations, trials, and a month-long proof of concept. Our sales rep and their team are always available to us during our business hours despite it the 12-hour time difference. The team has even pushed features we needed to implement the product in those couple of months. The team is always kind, understanding, and eager to learn about our needs. I truly haven't worked with a better development team both in the US and abroad. They are constantly shipping features (usually weekly) based on feedback from their road map.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is still a young company with a young product. They have a very light billing tool where they intend you to use their product in conjunction with Xero or Quickbooks. They also are not yet (Aug 22) HIPAA compliant. Unfortunately, that stopped us from moving forward with the product but we'll still be cheering them on from the sidelines.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps has brought a fresh approach to the RMM and PSA space. They have a fast pace development process that continues to amaze me. When there have been critical features their tool doesn't have yet, they've committed to getting them on the roadmap and getting them published.

 ### 33. SuperOps is one of the best RMM tool to monitor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

So far, we have been monitoring our client quite smoothly, plus, the support team is very responsive towards the matters we face.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

So far, there is no downside. It's better than we expected.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a programmer that uses API in SuperOps, I'm pretty amazed resourceful SuperOps gave, it has the type of API we wanted to build our current system for our client.

 ### 34. Very Clean and Simple MSP tool to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Letson J. | IT Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Having been in the MSP space for over 20 years, I have used many tools and have grown to dislike most of them because of their complexities. SuperOPS is the simplest RMM I have used. It provides all you need to manage your client environment fully.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Not a dislike but rather a want. I would like to see the live running of the activities on a device. This help to understand what has happened to the device without asking the end user.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using SperOPS for RMM. Benefit simplicity and ease of use.

 ### 35. RMM tool that works well with world class support at a good cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dilip D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Killer UI. The UI, the number of clicks, and tab hops save me so much time every day.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Lack of proper onboarding and help videos. SuperOps.ai has a lot to offer however, I could have set up my account faster with some helpful materials in the product or some sort of guide. Was dependent on their support team in a few places.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One pane of glass for my business. From managing desktops to handling communication with clients and contracts in place to generate accurate invoices happens on the same platform. Saving me time and money instead of using multiple tools to get this done.

 ### 36. Did not really get a chance to evaluate that well

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew R. | CEO / System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

They have a lot of features that look promising to a small MSP like us. Fascinating was the fact they could manage both PC and Mac systems. The ticketing system and end-user app launchers looked very promising.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

They promised us a year on their solo plan for free - then they did not follow through. They killed our trial account and insisted on payment, so we did not pursue it any further.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time, none. We are not using their product. If they decided to give us the free year on the solo plan as they promised, we would re-evaluate this. Our business performance has not increased at this time.

 ### 37. Truly unified PSA-RMM solution that made our clients finally happy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We compared Atera, Syncro, and SuperOps.ai, it was obvious that SuperOps.ai covered all our needs under a single solution. Be it managing the tickets from the clients or sending invoices on time or even monitoring our client assets, we really don't need to jump into any other tool. SuperOps has become our one-stop for our everyday operations.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Nothing at the moment. During our evaluation, we needed a couple of functionalities in the tool that were missing at that time. Before we made the payment, they had built it in the tool. So, if I don't like anything in the future, I believe they will fix it with a short turnaround.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had several missed communications, SLAs breached, and end-points causing trouble which made our clients quite annoyed with us. We were concerned about losing our clients. The automation and alerts in SuperOps have made our entire business operation air-tight so that our clients don't have much t complain anymore.

 ### 38. SuperOps.ai Experience from NQIT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antony G. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps provides a nice clean and fresh interface which sets it apart from others. The service from the team is first class.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps.ai is fairly new to the field and as such not as fully developed feature rich as some other offerings. The roadmap does however show great promise.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been extremely open to suggestions and working with us towards integration with our software stack.

 ### 39. Great product with a few caveats

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe H. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Its built-in PSA+RMM package has many more useful features that other offerings leave out. Project Management is a big one, can be a game changer for managing operations and staying on top of technicians work more than just open/closed tickets.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The endpoints included of 150 per agent is rather low. So you would need to pay for more endpoints unless you run an operation with many agents and clients that don't have as many endpoints. The integrated Antivirus options were another letdown with just BitDefender and Webroot.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have added to the normal PSA+RMM offering allowing for more streamlining of operations. They are adding integrations so that work load can decrease and efficiency go up.

 ### 40. From start to finish, I have been very impressed with SuperOps.ai product, and the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Owner/President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The product support is excellent. I feel that my team and I are in good hands from a support perspective.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

No major complaints. I Wish there was a QuickSupport Remote Access Link.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My IT Firm is new (Est. 2017), and SuperOps.ai is our first ticket system. This is helping with the client organization, billing, and engineers day to day lives.

 ### 41. Very good and priced very well!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

nothing yet! They have resolved any issues so far.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory of all systems and patch management as well as remote access. Maintenance of clients is a breeze!

 ### 42. One RMM tool to be taking the fight against Atera

 ### 43. Excellent service from SuperOps.ai and their staff, great interaction during onboarding process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Easy platform to navigate, setup and use.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

I have not come accross anything that i dislike yet.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing support queries, remote access and monitoring of assets, managing security through integration with Webroot.

 ### 44. The Right Tools for the Right Job!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel F. R. | President & Systems Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps support is actively online and proactively working on resolutions, it is also actively keeping the environment bug-free and ready to interface with technology advancements.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Not much to dislike when a company like SuperOps is staying ahead of the game.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps is resolving the cost and staying ahead of legacy systems which is always a game changer. Focused on a handful of tools is beneficial + no complicated contracts!

 ### 45. One of the best PSA platforms you can use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

From support to the user interface, everything was just easy. You can find what you need quickly. If you have questions, support was right there to help you find what you needed and explained features you may have missed.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

There is nothing to dislike at this current time.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I trialed many competitors. The best thing about SuperOps.ai wasn't how well everything just worked but how sensible and quickly you can pick up on doing workflows, ticket resolution, and asset tracking.

 ### 46. Great team behind it.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Superops has a great ticketing system, and a good enough rmm.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The platform is too flashy. It has great functionality, however the UI makes it seem childish and unprofessional.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superops offers an All-in-one solution. Which takes care of all my support needs. From a PSA to an RMM and more.

 ### 47. Easy migration user friendly experience instantly became the main tool for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew F. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The usability everything is easily accessible and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Initially, there were some features missing such as desktop remote control but these have now been implemented

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The RMM monitoring I have full trust in and has saved many hours especially out of office hours checking, updating and restarting servers, which is now all automated.
