## About SuperOps
SuperOps is a unified PSA+RMM platform built for MSPs of all shapes and sizes. SuperOps's platform is built on three principles 1. One for all, all-in-one If you can dream it, you can do it. SuperOps is the only unified MSP that will take the pain out of your everyday tasks. No more switching between five tools to complete one simple task. 2. Get tasks done while you’re asleep We are an automation-first platform. Automation sits at the center of everything we are building at SuperOps.ai. Our platform is designed to save at least three man-hours every week. That’s six days of vacation! Sit back, relax, and leave the grunt work to our platform. 3. Draws you in, blows your mind Our MSP software's human-centered design is beautiful and easy on the eyes. We took great care in crafting the UI because even the little things matter to us. Everything looks better, feels better you wish you had more stuff to do (just to hang out in the software).

## SuperOps Reviews
 ### 1. The "big boys" better watch out!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yancey J. | Everyhting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I’ve been with SuperOps.ai for a couple of years now, and I’ve used or tested most of the other options in the past. Here are a few things I genuinely like about SuperOps:

* Their support is beyond phenomenal. No other RMM/PSA I’ve used even comes close.

* The remote shells are great and just WORK.

* Third-party integrations: their list of third-party apps keeps growing.

* The included ISL Online. As good as SccreenConnect for remote support, IMHO.

* MDM.

* Advanced Policies: the advanced policy module is very straightforward and easy to use.

* An all-in-one interface for most of the daily grind. I still need a few third-party interfaces here and there, but the majority of what I do day to day can be handled inside the SuperOps interface.

* Scripting works well. Being able to set up PowerShell, batch, or Mac/Linux scripts that actually run correctly is a big deal. Some of the other tools I tested or used had issues running scripts properly.

* The script marketplace.

* MonicaAI. The AI really helps me sound friendly to my end users. I am usually very to-the-point and that sometimes comes across as irritation to my end users. I use MonicaAI to rewrite my communications to make me sound friendly to my users. I have had multiple positive comments since using it.

* Did I mention their support?

You could probably call me a SuperOps evangelist. I know nothing is perfect, but SuperOps keeps improving every month. The really big players in this space need to watch out—SuperOps continues to improve and add integrations, and with their pricing, they seem poised to take serious market share.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Nothing is perfect but I have to think about what I really dislike about SuperOps. There are places that can be improved but nothing that I out right DISLIKE. Here are some improvements that could be made:

* The quoting module is rudimentary. Rather than try and re-invent the wheel, I think an integration with Smart Pricing Table or Quotewerks would be a better route.

* Adding Cynet integration. They have integrations with some good products and Cynet would be a great additional integration. I have brought this up recently with SuperOps and Cynet.

* The workflows are a bit cumbersome to me but in all honesty, I haven't played with them too much.

Overall, I have no real negative things to say about SuperOps. As I grow, maybe I will find some but for e, it is a perfect fit.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an PSA/RMM that worked without requiring someone full time just to manage it. SuperOps was a perfect solution for me and I have never looked back.

 ### 2. Intuitive Interface and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric J.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We like SuperOps' overall friendly and easy interface, which is great for technicians new to PSA or RMM. It's continuously evolving, and they are quick to fix bugs or issues. The company culture stands out with its friendliness and approachability. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to find what I need quickly. Interacting with their team, whether opening tickets or talking to an account manager, is straightforward and issues are usually resolved promptly. SuperOps treats every ticket as important, providing excellent communication and making me feel valued. Additionally, the initial setup for integrating companies, scripting installations, and migrating contracts or recurring items was extremely easy. Standard parts like email, templates, auto-replies, and custom fields are also easy to manage. Finally, their pricing, ease of use, and fantastic company culture were major reasons for switching from previous software.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Some small areas trip us up, like the agent deletion area that has the delete option for the whole company too close to assets deletion functions which leads to accidental deletions, although it's easy and quick to restore. The Android app could do more, especially on a tablet. I have to use Chrome to do certain tasks on the go, like scheduling myself for an appointment, because the app lacks some functions available on the WebGUI.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SuperOps as our platform for an IT ticketing system and remote management and monitoring.

 ### 3. Outstanding Support and Effortless Usability with SuperOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cris L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The ease of use and support are, in my opinion, the standout features of SuperOps. In the past, I have used other products, but their lack of reliable support was the main reason I stopped using them. With SuperOps, support is always accessible and ready to assist whenever an issue arises.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Deploying to multiple workstations would be more convenient if it didn't require buying an extra add-on for networking. This additional step makes the process less straightforward than it could be.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing workstations is straightforward, and the recently updated patch management feature keeps you informed about any issues with patches, allowing you to choose whether to delay their installation. Scripting has also become more accessible thanks to improvements in their AI, making script creation simpler. When you run a script, it executes in real time, so you no longer have to wait long for completion, which helps boost overall productivity.

 ### 4. Modern, Intuitive Interface That Keeps You Organized and Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The modern interface makes it easy to navigate, stay organized, and be productive.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

My only complaint is with the search function. When I search for a client, asset, or requester and then select a result, the search box doesn’t automatically close or disappear. Instead, I have to click outside the search box to dismiss it. This doesn’t affect the search results themselves, but that extra click feels unnecessary.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The modern interface makes it easy to manage endpoints, provide remote support, and communicate clearly with clients.

 ### 5. SuperOps PSA Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps' does great as a PSA, especially in a sea of very expensive alternatives. We were able to quickly build out our individual contracts and integrate with Pax8 for tracking much of our billing automatically.

Customer support through ticketing is excellent, and Monica, the bundled AI bot seems more useful than most at assisting with ticket health, summary, etc.. This pairs nicely with a good Timesheet module that is more mature than most other solutions we'd tried.

Finally, support has always been quick to respond in the event of rare issues, and development requests are taken seriously. Each month usually comes with a significant increase in the feature list.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Our main downside was wanting access to some Runbook options that required more advanced licensing that was bundled in with their RMM tiers. As I understand it, they recently created a plan that wouldn't change pricing much, but advanced Runbooks are a helpful part of PSA operations.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps primarily helps us by:
- Sustaining client communications
- Ensuring SLA adherence and health
- Tracking technician productivity (and billing for our rare hourly customers)
- Tracking existing billing (either manual or imported via Pax8).

 ### 6. Frustrating Experience with Unreliable Features

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myster P. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The login page works

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps barely works most of the time, and the remote access is non-existent. RMM and patching features don't work, and there are issues with scripting too. The initial setup wasn't easy. I feel like they should focus on fixing existing features instead of adding new ones every week.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps adds problems to my day with barely functioning features. Remote access is non-existent, and RMM, patching, and scripting do not work effectively.

 ### 7. Such a great piece of software designed for modern MSP's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl N. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Its super easy to use and if you get stuck with ANYTHING, there is a support person to answer you question in 10 minutes or less. I use superops everyday to ensure that all my clients are running smoothly. I am blown away but the ease of use and setup that it took to get my site up and running and the integrations I can connect to it to make it work all from one portal.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

There is nothing to dislike at the moment. The team are eager to release new features, and they have a voting system that works well.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have created a platform designed to be easy to use and jam-packed with features. I am able to serve my clients way more efficiently.

 ### 8. SuperOps: A modern, intuitive PSA/RMM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps provides a clean and intuitive interface that makes onboarding effortless, with minimal training required. The platform is built from the ground up with a modern design and evolves rapidly through frequent feature releases and performance enhancements. Support is consistently responsive and well-informed, providing real-time assistance when needed. One standout feature is its straightforward client contract management—ideal for tracking and maintaining recurring agreements with ease. After nearly two years of use, I remain highly satisfied with the product’s reliability, simplicity, and continued innovation.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Like many subscription services, pricing has increased over time. While I appreciate the flexibility of monthly and annual plans, the inability to secure a multi-year subscription is a drawback. It would be beneficial to offer 2–3 year options with guaranteed pricing to help customers plan ahead and manage costs more effectively.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps simplifies our daily workflow with intuitive task tracking, smart automation, and streamlined billing. As our MSP workload continues to grow, the platform helps us maintain efficiency and clarity across support operations.

 ### 9. It WAS a good solution but 2 years later, the service is the WORST ever !

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

It was simple, efficient, direct and quick support

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

It evolved very badly... no more support, unnaccptable delays... and always excuse for not doing their jobs (licence upgrading, changes,....)

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global Computer management and basic project and task assignment support

 ### 10. Great Endpoint Management Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny W. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The UI is very intuitive, minimum learning for IT Engineer to use. Endpoint client installation with a single click. Robust Endpoint Management, detailed hardware/software information, patch status, all in single page. Terminal/Powershell background access very useful if need to do anything without disturbing user. Customer support are very good, entertain our questions no matter how simple it is.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

File manager is double edge sword, it is useful, however there should be more control can be applied to this feature.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need RMM solutions with custom scripts that can be called via API integration. SuperOps provided just that. They are providing use flexibility to integrate our system.

 ### 11. Worst Service & Support – Stay Away from this one!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2025

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Right now, absolutely nothing at all from this toy company!

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster, and their support team is absolutely useless. Constant downtime, unreliable service, and when you actually need help, they ignore your requests or give you generic, unhelpful responses.

We repeatedly asked for access to a backup of our critical data, and they failed to provide it. Every time their system went down (which happened way too often), our entire business was paralyzed with no way to retrieve important information. Instead of actually helping, they just gave us excuses.

The lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, do not waste your time or money on this service. They are irresponsible, their support is useless, and their service is a joke.

We ultimately had no choice but to leave, and I will make sure to warn others on every platform possible. Stay away at all costs!

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This company brought more problems than solutions to our company, they turned everything into a complete chaos.

 ### 12. Worst out of box experience

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

There is nothing to like.

You spend your entire trial period trying to get it to a functional state. Then you import your devices and keep going through configuration for another two months just to get a semi decent experience.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The worst out of box experience.

This system is a nightmare to set up and you will spend at least 2 to 4 months just to configure and get the basics going.

You end up spending more time setting the system up than you do supporting your customers.

Also costs more than other vendors and their out of box experience is far superior.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved nothing.

I moved from Atera. Ended up with no cost saving and a promise that it would be better which was far from the truth

 ### 13. SuperOps has everything you need to get your IT Service Business running efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aiden A. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps GraphQL API enables integration with anything if your choosing. If an integration is not supported natively, it's relatively simple to write some glue code to integrate it yourself.

SuperOps support are second to none. Quick to respond, and even when they don't have a direct solution supported in the platforms model, offer useful guidance and workarounds to help you achieve the desired result.

The platforms learning curve is relatively shallow, and getting started is easy. It's very feasible to just jump in and start playing around without too much fear of making a complicated mistake that will cause you a great number problems down the line (I'm looking at you, Connectwise!)

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

There are a few minor interface related bugs to be aware of, and the Single-Page-Application, tab-based navigation system isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Historic data is not retained in the RMM, so reviewing trends such as increased disk space usage over time is not possible.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking, itemised and category based billing, service contract management

 ### 14. SuperOps is good MSP software which provides PSA-RMM platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjog J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is good MSP software that provides a PSA-RMM platform and is constantly growing and improving its features. The remote monitoring and management feature of SuperOps is best for me as it has a good user interface, is easy to access, and supports multiple platforms. Moreover, other features such as remote access to the host (file explorer, command line, etc.) in the background add more benefits to accessing the device without hampering the customer.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The downside of superOps are:
- NO option to preview files and documents in the documentation section. Need to download it to view it.
- Sometimes RMM does not work and need to reinstall it.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps has come up with various features such as alert features of devices and endpoint, and patch management where the Administrator can push the updates remotely in a scheduled time which is great. Moreover, network monitoring features provide more visibility and monitoring.

 ### 15. my pleasant experience with superops

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bartosz K. | IT Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

My experience was very pleasant. I had no problem when switching from Jira. I really liked the ability to use timers at individual tickets, so that I know how much time I am spending on each task. I also used the splashtop remote connection a ton and it worked really well.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Sometimes the function "Send and change status" would need to be clicked a few times before activation. It was really annoying sometimes.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superops is helping to manage endpoints in several places, as well as managing networks and documentation.

 ### 16. Ops it is Super

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

It is very easy to get started, easy for the staff to learn the system and the support is best in class. First I implemeted SuperOps at an MSP and now we are using it in the company that I´m the CIO in. The development of the system is super fast end new functions is added all the time. SuperOps listens very much to the users when it comes to development of the product. I have used it for 2,5 years now and it is far better than other systems from the big ones. I use it every day.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The integration to SentinelOne could be better and the same goes for Hudu, you manually need to creatse sites in Hudu even if you have site setup in SuperOps. I would like to see that you could set a asset (computer) as a node and scan the network for computers missing the agent. You can create tickets from the agent but chatt function is missing and you cannot attach files to a case this way.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get more control over our setup of clients, we are in a transformation for traditional AD over to Intune with 400+ computers and 32-sites.
We get a controll that an AD do not give.

 ### 17. Modern RMM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

We moved from NAble N-Central to SuperOps a few months ago and it has been a breath of fresh air. Our account rep and support when I have questions have been super responsive and great to work with.

Scripting works extremly well along with automatic edr deployment. Splashtop works well for remote sessions with end user machines.

Windows patching has been working well for us.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Third Party application patching is not great yet. We knew this coming in after testing and have discussed with support on feature requests. The team has told us there are many upgrades to third party app updates and windows patching in the works.

There is no way to approve updates per customer / site, it is global.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps is great for remidiating end user issues via script or remote session. Additionally some of the custom reports have been helpful on cleaning up older hardware.

 ### 18. Very Happy Customer of SuperOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Everything from the menu layouts, the features it has, and even the default fields seems to have been very well thought out while design this software. It makes so much sense to navigate and extremely easy to customize things as much or as little as you desire to fit your business. All the stock tools and integrations work great too, without noticeable glithes. Another surprise as a new user is the knowledge and prompt response of their customer support. We've been extremley happy with the implementation of this new tool.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Lack of an inventory management/tracking system and lack of integration to Google calendar.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote management of end-point PCs is easy with the organziation and tools available inside SuperOps. The default configurations alone has increased efficiency by making it easier for us to update endpoints, install new software, and gather information to speed up the troubleshooting process.

 ### 19. SuperOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | IT Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I use Superops on a daily basis 90+% of my work is done though this platform
Intuative interface,
Quick Search from anywhere,
Tabs in Dashboard makes use alot easier than other Services I have used.
Customer support are resonsive and fantastic at keep you updated on what is happening it slots into out stack so well that migration of devices tickets etc took less than a days work.
The runbook and approvals feature turned an email writing process into a one click job this was so easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Occasionally when your session expires you will not recieve a login prompt until you clear your cache for the site.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alerts and resolution tracking, across a wide array of Tech stacks and impimentations, we also hook into the API to helps us consolidate various alerting and contact management issues we were having

 ### 20. Probably the Best Upcoming RMM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I've found my experience of SuperOps to be fantastic. The User Interface is easy. It's not overly complex to navigate between different items. It was also very easy to install on any devices & Not alot of configuration is required to get it going and doing basic checks on devices.
I've had a few issues of my own making which the customer support was excellent on all accounts. They are also open to anyone making suggestions on how to improve their software, for me this is the biggest part as nothing is perfect and there will always be a need to make improvements!
Overall i have no issues recommending SuperOps to any MSP looking to streamline their services.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Some of the policy configuration can be a bit strange to setup but i have it under good authority this is being looked at in a future release!

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An all-in-one PSA/RMM which does what we need as an MSP and helps us help our customers.

 ### 21. The best MSP software on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is easy to use and constantly has new features. It has become one of the best tools in our toolkit. I have used many others, connectwise, ninja, and Synchro. All others are handicapped in comparison. The tab design makes it easy to work on multiple things at once and jump between projects. The site is easy to use and understand. It is easy to deploy. They are constantly making changes to make it better with features an MSP needs. They listen to customers. Every time I have reached out they have provided useful assistance.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The mobile app is slow to adopt their many great features, but you can see they are actively working on it. The app is still better than their competitors.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an MSP it solves our day to day operations.

 ### 22. Testing and Sales Phase

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane G. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Accessing and setup of the trial was a joyful experience, you, of course, get e-mail contacted about how to start and where to go etc. I am a hands-on learner, and prefer to investigate first and ask questions later, I advised the team of this, so they let me to myself. When I had questions, they answered them quickly and accurately. It made the whole sign on phase painless.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

It's not a high-end MSP; however what it is, is a perfect solution for a cloud based MSP. All our clients use Cloud, and limited on site servers, so a full fledged RMM is not needed.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General client device montoring and alerting. Patch Management and reporting.

 ### 23. Moving in the right direction, and quickly, but have a bit to go yet.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

They are constantly adding to their product, even the quickest review of their roadmap shows that they are adding features and steadily improving. Their interface is easy to use and shows a good amount of detail in both the PSA and RMM portions. I really appreciate that they are improving all the time and are doing their best to respond to feedback. Their support team has also been excellent and they are available via chat at all times. I like that they are direct. For example, if something can't be done, they tell you rather than beating around the bush. Their feature set is also awesome, with a huge array of PSA features that I can see myself using all the time.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The first aspect that concerns me is how they have programmed their site. A lot that would normally be handled in the back end seems to be handled in the browser. This isn't a huge deal, but it sometimes results in strange behaviors. For example, you sometimes you need to F5 refresh the browswer to make sure all your information is actually up to date, even when you saved something and might expect that to be reflected the next time you create a new ticket. The reverse is also true, automation seem unable to do some things because only the UI and browser can take that action. I am also a little concerned that the SuperOps devs seem to be less experienced with a customer service focus. For example. their product is nice for techs to use but the client facing web elements look exactly like the tech facing elements which is confusing to some users. It appears the programmers and UI designers tend to judge a good UI based on what they understand, not considering that MSPs deal with business owners and employees who need all the hand holding possible and who hate every second they have to wait to fill out or submit a form. Many of our clients have no idea how to navigate a "techy" site. I hope their client facing elements on the web get altered to match the ease of use of their client facing emails, which are superb. Finally, I look forward to more integrations coming online. The type of API they chose to implement is different than that implemented by the rest of the MSP world and I can see that poterntially causing issues with integrations.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps has an absolutely excellent "Look and Feel" for the PSA side. The invoices are easy for customers to read in their email and the payment links are excellent. Turnaround on payments is faster than in previous systems and users seem much happier with the whole payment process.

 ### 24. SuperOps.ai Built From Scratch In The Cloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I like the fact that SuperOps.ai has been built within the cloud from the start. This allows much more flexibility and benefits from updates being pushed out very easily.

The agent is very simple to deploy to devices on networks, either by GPO or running a script.

The UI is very easy to navigate and we particularly like the tabbed windows within the single browser window (so no opening multiple windows and tabs.

Patch management is also very good, our old system never seemed to execute the updates very successfully and within a short period of time using SuperOps.ai our clients are fully up to date.

We also liked the outlook SuperOps.ai has with more and more features to be rolling out onto the platform very soon.

During the initial trial we had a good team of support members answering our questions and also had regular meetings to make sure we were making the most out of SuperOps.ai

SLA management and control is also very good.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

I think the mobile app is something that will need a little work but like I mentioned in the other section, they are continually rolling out features and most of the reccomendations I have put forward are already on their roadmap.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially the RMM and PSA system we were using was not patching devices successfully, now being able to roll out the agent and have patch management ready to go (including 3rd party applications) has had a great impact for our security endeavours.

We also have more automation with the ticketing side of things and being able to have invoices and quotes within the customer portal has given more benefit to our clients.

 ### 25. Stellar support, powerful product, growing constantly, and for a per technician license

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay S. | Founder, Techvangelist & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Stellar customer support: Integrated chat with quick "within minutes", friendly and helpful responses.
Inegrated temp support password if they need to look at it, and then just sit back. They'll handle it.

*Powerful product suite*: Fully integrated PSA with project management, RMM, Spashtop, helpdesk/tickets, user portal, invoicing/estimates, IT documentation, CRM, communcations, side conversations (ie vendor comms that are tied to a ticket, but visible only to you and not the customer), mobile app for smartphones, time clocks/labor tracking, fully integrated messaging platform that can use their email, or your own 365 or Google Business mailboxes. SuperOps needs 2 maiboxes: Support for the helpdesk, and Sales for the remaining comminications like invoicing, messaging, and so on.

*Growing constantly - Actively developed and not stagnant. Integrated forums through the platform for Feedback (feature ehancement requests) with ingrated VOTING - making the product development largely - community driven! As it should be. With approved requests, the MODs include consideration, planned, and when roadmaps within the posts, and on their roadmap board within the Product Feedback forums.

This alone - really sets the bar in my opinion. There are of course, also discussion boards and many other specific topics, that all are categorically driven to match the various integrations, components and services that this awesome product suite has to offer, and the SuperOps user community, is EMBRACED throughout all of these "topics".

*Ease of use and implementation: if you run into any issues, just send support a message and they will assist and/or fix the issue.

*Affordable: Per technician license - 4 editions: PSA only, RMM only, PSA+RMM Pro, PSA+RMM Super with 150 RMM clients per technician in all 4 tiers.

*Tons of the top cloud solution integrations - and more being added regularly - go add your votes or suggest new integrations and see how the community feels about it!

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

*The network monitoring is per device - and it's expensive, and unlike the RMM 150 packs that are included - the NMS isn't included and requires additional investment. It is disappointing to me that for the price (or even a little more) that we get 0 devices to match the 150 that we get for RMM in the Standard, Pro and Super editions of SuperOps. That just means we can't even really test the product without added cost.

*No integrations (yet) with Sharepoint/OneDrive/Teams on the 365 side, or the Google Docs/Drive/etc ecosystem for documentation repositories that integrate within the SuperOps IT documentation portal.

*The recently added scheduling - is not available within the SuperOps mobile app (at this time).

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost fully integrated with our tech stack. Some integrations are still needed tho.
The ticketing, projects, documentation, invoicing and messaging are strong.

 ### 26. Overall, great interface, great features and awesome support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps provides the same features as most RMM platforms, but their interface is much better laid out and easy to navigate. Their scripting features and patch management are on top of the leaderboard. Their support will beat almost any service provider out there! If you are looking for an RMM platform that checks all the boxes and more, try SuperOps and see it in action!

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

SuperOps is still a "new" company, and with any new company comes bugs in the platform. What makes SuperOps stand out from other providers is that they listen to the customers, find the issue and get a resolution promptly. I have worked with multiple other RMM providers and was lucky to get a personal response within four weeks (no, I'm not kidding). SuperOps blows them out of the water with an hour or 2 response time! Everyone dislikes bugs, but how they are handled shows an actual company's customer service and SuperOps, shows they care about their customers and work with you, not against you.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps allows my tech team to monitor devices, run automation of scripts and handle security patch management for all our managed service clients. Without SuperOps, we wouldn't be able to provide our services efficiently. We have tried many other RMM platforms, but SuperOps has been the most feature rich, cost-efficient and support drive company we have used.

 ### 27. Best RMM\PSA Integration i have used

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy S. | Director of Infrastructure Platform Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Superops has been a very user friendly modern interface for managing infrasatructure. the integrations from the very beginning have been easy to use. They have been super responsive when there has been issues. I feel that the whole organization is behind making your MSP successful.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The downside is they are still building some intgrations, so it is more of growing pains than anything. The education is now better , but again it is more of growing pains.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being a small MSP, we have been able to automate alot of our onboarding and ongoing monitoring, along with the integration into the PSA we have been able to get value from our operations.

 ### 28. IT HAD BEEN AMAZING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I like SuperOps becasue of there pricing they are far unlike other rmm soultions I have cam across.I am a small MSP with under 150 devices and I was looking for a software that will support my need but not hurt my pocket and they have did just that. I use this software every day and it has made my help desk very peacfull. Thanks again. There customer support is always there to help when needed.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

I have not found a downside been using this software for almost 6 months now and I cant complain.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are keep my machine all patched up and runninng smooth.

 ### 29. Reliable, Feature Rich, and Innovative.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

My experience with SuperOps has been superb. I needed a full-featured PSA , RMM, and CRM in one platform. SuperOps does precisely this and does it well. Also, The customer support is spectacular. They are very responsive and made the implementation really quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The only issue I have had was that a few features were not released on the iPhone app, such as Splashtop, which was not available on mobile. The app has since been updated and is much more feature-rich now.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps allowed us to consolidate three to four separate systems into one. It handles our invoicing, time tracking, remote management, and ticketing.

 ### 30. Everything you need in a single platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew F. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps has boosted our productivity. We love having everything in one place, the helpdesk is brilliant, and managing assets and clients could not be easier. By moving to SuperOps we have got rid of all the separate tools we used to use to manage and run our busy MSP.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

To be honest, I can't think of any. Maybe the IT documentation could be a little easier to search but that's it.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps helps my team be more productive, manage support requests and remotely assist our clients. The policies and asset management help us make sure everything is up to date and secure.

 ### 31. SuperOps, Super helpful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** cory G. | IT Services and Security Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The SuperOps team is extremely friendly and quick to assist. The product itself is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Out of all the MSP solutions we have seen, SuperOps is easily one of the best.
They are constantly working on new features and value input from their clients to implement the features.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

There isn't anything that I have found that I dislike.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps is what we use for our remote management and monitoring software, and the features we are able to use to manage and remotely monitor/ connect to devices have been wonderful. It's easy to use, and intuitive.

 ### 32. Very Satisfied

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps Team are super helpful and the product is just easy to use, also they are always adding to the suite to make it probably one of the best products I have tried to date.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The only thing which I can fault on is the cost per WFH User which is a little constrictive as it would be nice to have the ability to just connect, you never know what is going to happen and when you will need to work from home.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me the access I need to deliver tech support to my company

 ### 33. Great RMM for MSP or growing business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michal K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I have tried almost every RMM solution on the market and I really like SuperOps capabilities and structure. Its ability ot be customised without serious coding is really important as I have clients from all over the world so different languages are important.
Ease of implementation and customer support are excellent. Support is very responsive and quick to reply.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The GUI needs a bit of improvement and would certainly benefit from customisation options.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick implementation of professional IT MSP at even remote clients. Ability to report on issues and proactively support clients.

 ### 34. Light, powerful tool that gets the job done.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominic W. | Group Information Technology Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps enables us to seamlessly look after our enterprise from a single pane of glass and easlily perform preventive maintenance and keep everybody fully patched up to date. Scripts are great, cant wait for them to release a mobile app to support apple and android devices. I Iike the fact it was born in the cloud and is purely SaaS and not lifted from a clunky old legacy system. Its an envolving product heading in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Currently there is no mobile and tablet support and the lack of abilty to paste sceenshots in the tickets. Teams integration would be the promised land for us.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventive maintence, level 1, 2 and esculation support. Security Patches, simple ticket managment and customisable system tray.

 ### 35. Fixes several key issues from Syncro, but some minor complaints. Worth the move.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Their support is top notch and we are in the product all day long- so that's crucial. Coming from Syncro, this is a huge change. Account managers are very available. They're very responsive and even develop fixes on the fly. I also appreciate native support for Stripe for Credit Cards AND ACH, which Syncro lacked. They have a tab-within-a-tab interface, which is neat and keeps my browser tabs down. I really enjoy the time tracking features since my team is growing- I can approve or edit charges before they go to invoices.

There are features from Syncro that I thought I'd miss, but I don't really. I like th patching policies better as well. Syncro was also plagued with showing assets offline, and though this didn't affect me much, I appreciate that it's fairly accurate in SuperOps. Implemntation took us over a month- since we had to rethink the way w do business, there was a steep learning curve on th advanced features, but we hit the ground running with the basics of day-to-day access.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Some of the features in SuperOps are half-baked. Quickbooks Online integration is only 1.5-way (instead of true 2-way)- you can't push new customers or products from SuperOps into Quickbooks- this slows down initial customer intake quite a bit. I don't like that I can't have multiple recurring invoices for customers, but even then- I really need to make customers get used to a single invoice.

I feel like the asset details are a little lacking, and scripting could be a little more robust. Even down to being able to make a ticket directly on an asset - there are a few inefficiencies.

I had real pain around trying to get my Sales mailbox to work correctly, the documentation is lacking for that part- in fact- the documentation is a little thin for the advanced topics. Support helped though. Contracts require a lot of effort to understand. And the Pax8 integration is quite good- but I would only sync customers who are using ad-hoc products and not on a managed services bundle. I had to turn if off.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a lot of out of the Professional Services Automation tools (PSA)- that's where I spend most of my time since I'm the owner. I can do all my billing from one place and don't have to deal with WorldPay. Billing is also easier for one-off customers once I got it dialed.

 ### 36. Not just for MSPs, but works perfectly for internal IT Teams too!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

As a pioneering IT Team for 11 companies merged under 1 umbrella, the support of Sanjeev and SuperOps was amazing. What we were doing was all pioneering efforts and had little to no knowledge in implementing an RMM tool. We realized after a short demo how easy Superops would be to integrate with our work flow as it has a builtin ticketing system together with asset management and even RMM. So literally, we only had to look at a single pane of glass to manage all the computers scattered around the world.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The only thing I can really say is they need to streamline their process of onboarding once your trial expires. This happened to us and sadly, we had to contact support so we can actually pay for the license. It wasn't that hard but if there was a way to purchase right then and there, we wouldnt have need to contact support.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to have an easy to use management software to handle tickets, management and patching of assets remotely that doesnt break the bank.

 ### 37. SuperOps Rev

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleftherios N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

SuperOps makes work easier by combining all the tools you need in one place, so you can get things done faster.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

While SuperOps offers a range of valuable features, some users have noted occasional delays in responsiveness.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOps makes handling support tickets a breeze. It keeps all our customer issues organized and helps us tackle them faster. Plus, it's easy for us to chat and work together on tickets, so no more back-and-forth emails.

 ### 38. Great product.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas O. | Manager, Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The responsiveness from the support team. Whenever I run into an issue or have a question they're always there to help.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

It's still a fairly new product, so some features might be missing at first.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of access, organization and asset management are great while keeping things clean and organized. Also side conversations are a great way to keep track of communication within the ticket.

 ### 39. Smart, Expected RMM with Lots of Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The integrations with other software and ticket managment works great. We are able to create and assign tickets with ease. It works as you would expect it.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

There aren't a lot of negatives for using this.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are deploying to systems to monitor and secure with ease. The integrations on software for deployment makes onboarding and asset management incredibly easy.

 ### 40. A Solid All in one MSP system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

Supper Ops is nicely laid out with logical steps to get most things done e.g. adding a PC or server. The Tikket system also works well with a unique side message function to allow multiple braches to come off one Tikket while being takeing up only one Tikket on your counter.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

The UI can get some getting used to, might just be me but I found it difficult to look at coming from other systems sometimes.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supper ops is allowing us to combine multiple systems into one easy-to-use portal allowing for quicker ticket creation and solving.

 ### 41. Very good product, excellent support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The support team is awesome, always answers my questions within 10 minutes (less than 5 usually, really). Very easy to use and set up. Everything offers works like it should - patching, remote powershell/cmd, remote desktop, etc. which wasn't the case of a few competing products we reviewed.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

I don't dislike it, but the UI could be better - more professionnal. I know my boss really dislikes it.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I speeds up all of my tasks, thus makes me more efficient. I can do more! Allows me to fix issues without bothering end users.

 ### 42. Very good, but difficult to read in places

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve customer complaints and thanks to superops it is much easier

 ### 43. Good RMM for a Beginning MSP

**Reviewed by:** Cody N. | IT Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

The pricing model is good. I like how you can select just the PSA, just the RMM, or both. The interface is nice.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

It doesn't seem to be as full featured as other RMMs. It can take a few clicks to get to places.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with my invoicing and collecting payments with Stripe.

 ### 44. Fantastic support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

The support normally answers very very quick.

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Lack of script functions to apply at only the logged in users.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles all it related questions via Ticketc.
Easy to to take over the end users computer.

 ### 45. Very powerful and simple to use system.

Automated patches for vulnerabilities

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Not much to add here. If anything I would like added is a better way get clients to install Agents.

Access to Devices for day to day Support, Automation for Patch management.

 ### 47. A Modern, evolving RMM and PSA!

**What do you like best about SuperOps?**

I appreciate the fast pace of development and the attractive GUI design. Responsive customer support as well!

**What do you dislike about SuperOps?**

Intergrations seem to be lacking a bit, but that is an issue with most evolving software.

**What problems is SuperOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The stale, lack of innovation in the RMM/PSA industry.

SuperOps support is the best of any RMM/PSA tool that I have used. There are so many features with SuperOps, that it is very helpful to get help when needed.
For the price and the features that it provides, it is the best solution for a 1 man shop.

Some of the Integrations are not fully featured.

Consistent patches and updates for endpoint clients. Sentinel One integration for security. Scripts that allow regular maintenance and restarts to occur for clients who often leave their workstation up too long and do not allow patches to apply.
