What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Supermetrics gives me an edge point of view that without this kind of tool wouldn't be able to see. For me, this is an upgrade in reporting and concluding the results based on the data, and it seems that it's not only me, there are other specialties in my company that benefits from using Supermetrics. What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Supermetrics is extremely easy to use. Being able to migrate data from multiple sources into one report is life-saving for agency life where there are 5+ digital channels per client. Supermetrics has truly taken our reporting capabilities to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

Sometimes there are glitches with Supermetrics where the data is not reusable when I duplicate reports. I had difficulty with this multiple times, but support was also easy to get a hold of when I needed some extra assistance. Each month, it seems the data disconnects and I have to go into Supermetrics to reconnect the social media accounts. It is frustrating that the report process is no longer that streamlined. It's also extremely expensive as an agency that only needs 1 data source, but has to pay almost $3K for the tool every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple data management through Supermetrics"

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

I appreciate the simple setup and full flexibility that Supermetrics offers through its implementation in Google Sheets. I can create my own dashboards just the way I need them, and that helps me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

I like how easy it is to use and implement new connectors on platforms like Looker Studio. The connectors make it much easier to set up dashboards. I like that Supermetrics is user-friendly and agile, which greatly facilitates understanding and the learning curve, especially for some novice users. Additionally, I like that it has many connectors, which helps in the integration of media campaign data. The initial setup was also very easy, which is a big plus. I love that Supermetrics just works well, especially with Google Sheets. It saves me a lot of time compared to logging into and looking for over 100 KPIs from a big list of clients. "Effortless Data Consolidation with Looker Studio Integration"

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Quite easy to use and plugs into Looker Studio so I can consolidate my data. Customer support was good at answering my questions. The actual integration was easy too as I was able to link Google Ads, Bing etc into Supermetrics easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

Issues with product feeds and shopping ads which means I can't see that data in Looker Studio. I had to use other integrations instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
