This saves me so much time as prior to Supermetrics, I was manually typing numbers in cells, row by row. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** It would be ideal if the metrics were automatically updated whenever you opened the spreadsheet. Also, sometimes the connections to channels such as facebook ads become disconnected, so all of the data vanishes from the spreadsheet and you have to reconnect it again. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supermetrics is solving the problem of not having enough time to update all of my reports on a frequent basis. Once you get familiar with the way the data is displayed, the system is very intuitive. I especially like that it even allows you to create your own parameters. Additionally, there are few, but the community charts are the perfect complement for the reports to have some things I miss (like funnels or slightly different area charts). **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** I think its weakest point is when you need to change the connection to the Facebook or Instagram account. Perhaps the problem is not only theirs since logging into these platforms sometimes causes issues, but it's the only negative thing I can say. **Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics:** Have patience with the handling, the possibilities are endless, but it has a steep learning curve.
