The work around is simple and works, but I think there could be a way to reimagine a unibox experience for multiple accounts. I really like the aesthetics, and it encourages you to speed through your emails and keep your inbox clean and empty, which kind of scratches a weird itch of mine. As someone that enjoys shortcuts and navigation through keyboards it’s been great and getting used to it was smooth. Now to AI features, I went in thinking that those are just gimmicks that nobody would use. Until recently realising how often am I just triggering it with “?” and going like “where’s that email about ____ again?”, “give me the link to my meeting this afternoon”. Then there’s the CMD+J to trigger reply with AI, now I’m getting into the habit of replying emails by jotting random notes and sentences and having the AI structure it for me, and 90% of the time it’s on point. Not sure if it’s a good habit or not though. Support was very good, their team personally replies to your email within 1-2 days. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** I don't think there's anything I really dislike about Superhuman (probably the price, but I think it's worth it). There is a subconscious [and sometimes VERY conscious] energy drain everytime you open your email and see hundreds or thousands of emails sitting there. The organization is spot on and has created a work atmosphere that I deam unbeatable. My boss and I are in frequent communication with each other with the comments section of an email. This also has integrated easily into my software. I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out it would be absolutely more complicated to live without it. Our customers have never been so well communicated with. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** I wish it was a little easier to make tabs, and I wish I could have started on it 3 months ago. **What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** My inbox was getting bogged down with notifications from the automations at my work. It was really tough on who to focus on and when to work when I was sorting through my emails. I would get a notification from my "Monday" board and start work on that, then the client's emails would get missed, and my work would fall behind. It was a brutal fight for the win. I was skeptical at first because I'm not really a keyboard shortcut user, but they really do save time when you're reviewing your inbox. Intelligent filtering. In Gmail, it feels like I'm constantly building new folders and filters to try to remove all the noise. I do very little of that now. If an email makes it into the main inbox and I don't want it there, I can tell superhuman to move it to "other" going forward with 2 clicks, or can unsubscribe in 1 click. Easy user interface on desktop. It's sleek and not cluttered and that's what my brain needs when reading email. Great onboarding that teaches you how to be better at email and use the product so you get the most out of it. Their customer support has so far been really helpful too. I got a very useful response to an email question quickly. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** The mobile app is equally slick, but I have struggled with the touch guestures -- it is just a few swipes and pull downs, but took me a while to learn. I struggled with the search function at first and found myself going back to Gmail when I needed to find an email. But it just works differently and I'm training myself how to do it better. **What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speeding up the time it take to manage email comms through keyboard short cuts, filtering, a better interface, and follow up reminders.
