One of my best entrepreneur friends has been using it for *years*. I finally had enough of my out-of-control inbox a few weeks ago, and decided to give it a try. I had *so many emails* it took Superhuman an entire day to clean up my inbox. Thousands and thousands and thousands of emails. I've hired human beings who faltered when faced with my inbox. Even though that cleaning process went well (it's super easy to setup and use Superhuman, you just follow the tutorial), I was *sure* my inbox would be out of control again in a few days. I've tried many ways to get better organized in the past and it always failed, you know? I had king of lost faith. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Well, I'm happy to report it's been three weeks now and I'm already addicted to this magical thing. AI Labels are a *game changer* for me. Superhuman organizes my inbox for me every day, in real time. Every morning, I wake up and take care of everything important. Once or twice a week, I deal with the rest. The keyboard shortcuts are so easy. It's kind of fun to go through everything now. What else? I rarely use the AI drafting option, but once in a while when someone asks a repetitive question, it saves me a lot of pain. Oh, and customer support is super reactive too! It's incredibly practical, no distractions, smart filters work very well, and it's really helped me alot to respond to the more important time-sensitive emails way faster and to plow through the emails at maximum speed. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** All connected email accounts are treated separately. It took a while to get used to, but in essence, it is more practical. I can now keep my personal email much better separated from work and don't accidentally send emails from the wrong account. The bad thing is that the search feature is not working across all connected accounts, which frustrates me alot. This is the only real bottleneck that I've run into that kills the momentum when trying to plow through emails. Same issue regarding the email template, which they call "snippets"; it's kept local to the account it was created for, so I ended up having to create multiple identical snippets for many of my accounts.
