I love that everything happens from your keyboard with a series of commands, and you don't have to use your mouse at all. The CMD K feature brings forward a list of all possible commends too, so that if you forget one, you're not fumbling. After a super easy switch from Gmail, I haven't looked back! I've saved at least an hour per day using Superhuman. If you're someone who likes to sort your conversations into folders, the CMD V function is a game changer. Snippets (which essentially functions like email templates) is another gem of a feature if you find yourself sending the same types of follow ups often. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** There have only been a couple of hiccups. My organization uses an integration between Google Meets and Gong, which means we scheduling using "Gong Meetings." Superhuman doesn't have this integration yet, so I can only use the calendar function to share availability, not directly schedule meetings. The formatting tools could use a little help; I often struggle to make a clean looking bulleted list with space between items. The onboarding experience has been superb, with regular webcast training and responsive and helpful email support. I use it every day, and found it really easy to set up and integrate across my email accounts. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** You could probably replicate quite a lot of the functionality (e.g. keyboard shortcuts, split inboxes, AI assistant) on Gmail, at a lower price point. Some problems syncing across mobile devices on my Outlook account, but I'm pretty confident the team will fix that. I thought I wanted a unified inbox (like Spark), but I prefer the Superhuman interface and actually it's nice to have a degree of separation, and you can have each inbox open in a separate tab, cycling through them with the keyboard. The Reminders feature is probably my #1 productivity unlock, as it brings messages back to the top of my inbox when I need them. Makes it a lot easier for me to shift things out of view when I know it will be coming back timely. Share Availability is also great. I spend more time in my email than in any other app, so the quality of life improvements and time savings make Superhuman one of my favorite purchases so far. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** Can't edit calendar appointments in Superhuman, which can be annoying. Need to go to your actual calendar account (Office 365 in my case) to make edits. On the flip side, the automatic meeting name and descriptions have been really nice. Cost is also a "con" considering Outlook is effectively free (since I'd have the Office apps regardless). Makes it more difficult than it should be to finde what I need. Superhuman allows me to search my email significantly faster due to better search functionality. There is also the AI agent that can help summarize threads. Main problem I was having was keeping my inbox organized. Superhuman makes that really easy for me: if I don't need it anymore I can remove it from my inbox with a single keystroke. If I can't deal with it now, I can remove it but set it to come back when I actually need to respond or take action. Previously I had been using my calendar for things like this, but the Remind feature lets me keep my calendar clear for just appointments. I can navigate through 95% of all of my email tasks without touching the mouse, which is pretty convienent. I also tend to be the person who can fall into using my inboxs as my to-do lists. Superhuman has a one key shortcut to set reminders on emails and that allows me the confidence that i'm not going to drop the ball on something just because I don't have time to do or think about it in that exact momement. I also like their AI based summarize feature with one keystroke. I, like many people, subscribe to more newsletters than I can reasonably read. Logging onto Gmail feels like arriving at a bombsite, no matter how many labels and filters I have set up. Superhuman separates my emails intuitively which genuinely reduces the stress of even *opening* the email platform by 10x. Then there's the process of actually replying. AI replies and pre-written reply snippets double the speed at which I can reply to things (especially as I find myself typing very similar emails every day), and the keyboard shortcuts for literally everything makes the whole process feel smooth. 2 years failing to reach inbox 0 in Gmail. 2 hours in Superhuman, and it was done. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** Occasionally freezes when opening the "Split Inbox" settings. This was most prominent during the onboarding tutorial, but it still happens occasionally, even when WiFi speeds are high. **What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Faster replies - less time spent on email. I had been looking into virtual assistants to support email management. I was always worried that I might miss an important email (and in fact, from time to time, had). I knew something needed to change so I decided to give it a try. Superhuman gently prompted me to clear old emails out of my inbox. The hot keys make email management super quick. I really love that it automatically separates newsletters, which were a big part of why I was getting overwhelmed. Now I can make it through important emails in half an hour at the beginning of the day and (if needed, which is rare), half an hour at the end of the day. I set aside time to review newsletters when I can actually focus on them. The platform is so easy to implement, I was able to jump in and get started right away. The customer support emails are exactly the right tone. I'm now a daily user, with really simple integration with my other processes. I can wholeheartedly say it has reduced my stress and saved me a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?** While Superhuman has a lot of great features, there are still times that I go back to my gmail interface. Examples are when I'm quickly reviewing attachments (gmail allows you to view in the same browser window without downloading). I also find exsitng calendar/ scheduling functionality more preferable at this time, although admittedly I haven't spent a lot of time getting familiar with Superhuman calendar features. Suggesting times via Superhuman is quite easy. I haven't been able to use AI email generation much yet, but I think over time it will get more familiar with my tone/ style. Overall these are nitpicky, there is very little to dislike! **What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Superhuman is saving me a lot of time, filtering emails and being able to use hot keys to manage emails. The reminders help add to efficiency while not being bombarded with a full inbox.
