"Achieved Inbox Zero Effortlessly with Superhuman"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

It really facilitates my ability to achieve "inbox zero" - and with the added capability of taking action on emails quickly with keyboard entries on the desktop or quick actions on the mobile. Directing less important emails to other folders or deferring them also helps greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

This is not so much an indictment of superhuman, but of us as humans, and the way we have been using email for years. I really had to rewire my brain before I could fully commit to being superhuman. Mainly, and this can be a barrier for most, if you use M365/Outlook in the organization. For a while, I had to be in both clients - now I am about 97% superhuman. With a super random need to open Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supercharges Productivity with AI and Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail for work responsibilities and it allows me to be more efficient and organized, helping me work smarter. I love the email setup and value the AI features, ability to calendar, and split inbox, which give me the power to cut my work by a significant percentage. It was very easy to set up after watching some online videos. There is nothing I dislike about the product; I love it entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Mail Review -- great, but not worth the price for an organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

It makes the email experience pleasant + organized in a far better way than gmail, outlook, etc.

The snippets are particularly really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I'm not sure Superhuman mail is at a competitive price for enterprise / larger companies compared to other available options out there.

I think this barrier will decrease over time, but the learning curve is steep (compared to others) and it's more expensive per seat.

Integrations, performance and AI are all good, but for most email users, not the top priorities. If the internet goes out, Superhuman still will not work in the same way gmail or outlook doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management with Superhuman Mail"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like the keyboard swipe shortcuts and the options to delete or archive all emails underneath. These features make managing my inbox much easier. Plus, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy, definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I wish the AI was cheaper so that I can continue using it since I just don't have the budget. Also, the ability to manage multiple inboxes needs more thought. I want a unified inbox, but also want to see if I'm double subscribed on different emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supercharges Email Management with Intuitive Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the interface of Superhuman Mail. On mobile, I really like the tap-to-talk-to-the-AI feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I want to have more of a conversational relationship with the AI and with Superhuman Mail in order to get through my email. So I'd like a workflow that starts with seeing I have a ton of email and then talking to Superhuman to start whittling down that email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Laurent πŸ‘‹πŸ» thanks a ton for this feedback!

Having a more conversational way to work through your inbox with AI, does sound like it would streamline things quite a bit. A few folks have requested this previously, so I wouldn't be surprised if we build it down the line! If we do, and you’d like to be updated on a future release, drop us a note at hello@superhuman.com and we’ll reach out πŸ’«

"Streamlined Email Management with AI-Enhanced Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the integrated AI aspects that help draft emails and send at scheduled times. I enjoy the cleaner and more organized interface compared to my standard Gmail account. I also appreciate being able to clear out emails and have them reappear when most appropriate. Superhuman Mail makes me feel more streamlined and saves me time, and it even feels like a personal assistant in some ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I wish there was a view of all new emails in one tab instead of having to tab hop between different inboxes. I would prefer to have a consolidated view like Gmail has on the mobile app, where I can see all my inboxes in one view. Sometimes on mobile, I get a bit stuck in Superhuman Mail with the swiping that opens up views I wasn't intending. There could be some cleaning up to make it easier to understand which inbox I'm in and how to shift around. Also, it's not super clear on how to set settings and personalization for each inbox, each of which has its own set of circumstances and needs to be personalized individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Stacey πŸ‘‹πŸ» thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

Right now, Superhuman Mail shows each connected account in its own tab, so a unified inbox (like Gmail mobile) isn’t available yet. I can definitely see how that would make triaging easier, and I’ve shared your need for this with our product team.

Your notes about swipe navigation and clearer inbox-specific settings are also really helpful. We appreciate hearing honest, actionable, and direct feedback like this, as it's super valuable to help us shape Superhuman Mail moving forward.

We have lots of exciting updates to come, keep an eye on your inbox or new.superhuman.com for exciting announcements! πŸ’œ

"Never thought I’d pay for an email client - till i used Superhuman - totally worth it"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Email reminders let you structure your tasks by tracking progress through emails: they clear out of your inbox, but reappear when you set a reminder. It’s a simple way to keep your inbox free from noise while still staying on top of what matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It needs more email formatting options, such as the ability to highlight text in email replies and some basic font management. I’d also like a better way to control the panes, especially the right-hand pane, although I’m not sure there’s a better approach than what they’ve already designed. "Great Time-Saving Features, But Needs More Functionality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman offers a very user-friendly interface, making both sign-up and setup straightforward. It helps me save significant time by flagging important emails that require follow-up. My favorite feature is the AI auto-compose, which streamlines my workflow and further reduces the time I spend on email. I rely on Superhuman as my primary email client for both my personal Gmail account and my work email on Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The learning curve can be somewhat steep for those who are not accustomed to navigating email with the keyboard. It is not yet ready to serve as a primary or sole email client due to lacking some features found in Outlook and Gmail. For example, viewing emails that are sent as attachments can be challenging. Additionally, it does not manage diverging mail threads very well, particularly when you want to reply to a specific message within the thread.

I am also disappointed that SAML/SSO is available only on teams of size 25+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Manages Email Overwhelm with Smart Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like Superhuman Mail because it helps me manage my emails effectively by splitting inboxes, reminding me to follow-up, and prioritizing important messages. The AI feature in constructing emails to match my tone is great, making drafting quick replies easy and aligned with my style. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Occasionally messages slip into spam that shouldn't. Sometimes emails I need to address go into spam, so I just routinely check there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
