I also use Wispr Flow to voice dump my thoughts and allow the AI to compose emails for me, which reduces my need to type. If I don't like how it turns out, I can ask the AI to revise it. I think it was just a lack of exploration of the product. Initially, I didn't know how to access my folders. I thought I had to click around, and then I just thought about it. It’s a simple system that’s easy to use and makes it much easier for me, as a professional project manager, to stay on top of my inbox. I like the ability to have an email resent to me at a later date based on what I choose specifically. I can choose the date and the time, allowing the email to come back when I'm most likely able to respond or take action. It's not very obvious that it is fetching information, and it's unclear when it'll be done updating the inbox so that I know my inbox is up to date with reality. I wish there was a more visible delete feature. It's something I had to dig to find, and there are some email messages that I have no need to keep around. They're just junk, and it was hard to find that. Also, I have two email addresses, a Gmail and an iCloud.
