"AI-Powered Email Client with Cost Concerns"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail as my primary email client because of its rich user experience and the single consolidated interface it provides across multiple inboxes. I really like the efficiency and time savings I get from the AI features, which include enhanced email replies, email draft capabilities, and spell and grammar optimization. These tools not only make handling emails more engaging but also free up my day to focus on more creative and ROI-focused initiatives. I also value the secure email inbox and the access to the consolidated email experience from different devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The additional cost is the primary concern. Improved integrations and lower pricing would be a great start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Mail Is a Game-Changer: Inbox Splits, AI, and Lightning-Fast Replies"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The most helpful things we've found about using Superhuman Mail is the inbox splits, the built-in AI, the ability to reply to emails much faster, communicate between threads, and bulk unsubscribing to marketing emails. It's been a game changer so far! Also we have absolutely loved the support we've received from our onboarding manager Debra! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The only thing at present is the mobile app UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Makes Team Email Collaboration Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

What I like most about Superhuman is how it lets you collaborate with your team around any email message in one place. You can add mentions to bring other people into the conversation, and it helps ensure you don’t miss anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Stable, and Intuitiveβ€”A Real Time-Saver"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Responsiveness of interface, stability, speed of processing, good offline capabilities, keyboard shortcuts, easy to figure things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It's a bit pricy, but with sufficient email volume / time saved, clearly worth it. Also, resource usage (esp. memory) could be improved I believe, on both MacOS and iOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Draft Delivers Polished, Professional Replies in Seconds"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The AI Draft feature is the clear standout for me. It’s incredibly helpful to open a message and see a coherent reply already waiting for me to review. The tone is surprisingly accurate and professional, so I spend far less time worrying about wording and much more time focusing on higher-level work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I think the mobile experience could be improved, especially when it comes to shortcuts. On a smaller screen, they’re hard to keep track of, so having a dedicated in-app guide for mobile commands would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management, Mobile App Can Be Improved"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail for both my personal and work email. I love how it helps me never forget to respond or follow up on an email by treating my inbox as a 'now' or 'later' problem using the reminder features. This keeps email threads moving until the task is completed. I find the keyboard shortcuts and built-in calendar integrations particularly valuable. When I'm in Superhuman, I basically never have to use my mouse because shortcuts guide me through my entire inbox, and I can send calendar invites at the touch of a button. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The mobile app still needs some work. It's kind of a tricky situation because of how keyboard driven the desktop app is, but the mobile app isn't always the most intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sleek Interface and AI-Writing Make Emailing a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail for work and it helps me remember to follow up on emails and tasks. I mostly like the sleek clean interface. The Write with AI works very well, allowing me to respond to emails much more quickly. The pop out email composer is sleek and fluid, keeping both panels the same size for great composing and reviewing. I also appreciate the ability to have several windows or workspaces open. The initial setup was very easy, and I am very likely to recommend Superhuman Mail to a friend or colleague, rating it a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I would like an integration to, or a native built-in task tracker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Snippets and Read Receipts That Supercharge Daily Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The snippets and read receipts have been absolute game-changers for my day-to-day efficiency. Read receipts, in particular, give me a clear sense of which project stakeholders are engaged and which ones may be waiting on a follow-up, so I can prioritize my check-ins more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I find the formatting options a bit restrictive compared to a traditional email client. In particular, I’d like the ability to highlight text for emphasis, along with a more seamless way to insert emojis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Supercharged Email, Highly Recommended"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like Superhuman Mail because it makes email a breeze and it's way faster to keep my hands on the keyboard, which helps me clear through my inbox efficiently. I appreciate being able to navigate anywhere in my email, whether that's different folders, forwarding emails, or replying to emails. The AI assistant stands out as it helps polish up my writing or even composes drafts for me. I also use Wispr Flow to voice dump my thoughts and allow the AI to compose emails for me, which reduces my need to type. If I don't like how it turns out, I can ask the AI to revise it. Additionally, the initial setup was surprisingly easy and quicker than I expected. I haven't tried it yet, but I like the idea of the Pebbles feature they just released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I think it was just a lack of exploration of the product. Initially, I didn't know how to access my folders. I thought I had to click around, and then I just thought about it. I hit control + k, typed in 'folders', and saw that if I type 'go to', I can start typing any folder name, and it will take me right to that folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Easy-to-Use Inbox Management That Saves Me 1–2 Hours a Day"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

It’s a simple system that’s easy to use and makes it much easier for me, as a professional project manager, to stay on top of my inbox. I don’t lose track of emails I’ve already read anymore, and it’s also easier to track conversations and follow up on replies. Overall, I save about 1–2 hours a day on email review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The calendar system feels underdeveloped, which means I still need to rely on Outlook to properly manage and schedule my meetings, as well as send invitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey there!

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us. I totally hear you on this. Being able to fully manage and schedule meetings, as well as send invitations directly through the calendar system, would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop πŸ’«
