I love using Superhuman Mail because it helps me get through my inbox faster by highlighting the emails that really matter, and allowing me to quickly find emails later. The speed is a huge factor, since I receive a ton of email, and the native Mac client just can't keep up with searching a large volume of email the way Superhuman can. I can get through my inbox in probably a quarter of the time. The AI search feature is excellent, and the keyboard shortcuts are also a big help. I'm just getting started with the Claude integration, but it's very promising and I think with some tweaking, I can have a fantastic workflow that integrates my email more directly into my other activities. While Superhuman has some great built-in AI, connecting Claude enables me to do things like respond to emails with context-based answers and create tasks in Omnitask from an email. I had previously sent a feature request for Asana integration because I think it would help a lot of people by allowing tasks to be created directly from email. I’d love to see more native integrations with tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM to better support my research workflow. The calendar integration could also be more robust. I’d really like to see more focus on voice-to-text integration. Since I use the Command key on Apple and try to avoid the keyboard whenever possible, being able to draft entire emails using only my voice would be a huge step forward for my particular workflow across both mobile and desktop.
