"Supercharges Email Management with Speed and AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love using Superhuman Mail because it helps me get through my inbox faster by highlighting the emails that really matter, and allowing me to quickly find emails later. The speed is a huge factor, since I receive a ton of email, and the native Mac client just can't keep up with searching a large volume of email the way Superhuman can. I can get through my inbox in probably a quarter of the time. The AI search feature is excellent, and the keyboard shortcuts are also a big help. I'm just getting started with the Claude integration, but it's very promising and I think with some tweaking, I can have a fantastic workflow that integrates my email more directly into my other activities. While Superhuman has some great built-in AI, connecting Claude enables me to do things like respond to emails with context-based answers and create tasks in Omnitask from an email. I've used several other email clients, and they're all basically the same – inbox, folders, drag and drop. Superhuman is very innovative, and once I got the hang of the product, I never looked back! Setup was trivially easy, though the UI was very different from typical email programs, so there was a bit of a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I had previously sent a feature request for Asana integration because I think it would help a lot of people by allowing tasks to be created directly from email. Although I've found a workaround via Claude, having this feature would be convenient. Also, while the setup was trivially easy, the UI was different enough from typical email programs that there was a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed. It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the learning curve and having an Asana integration to share with the team 📝

"Snooze, Hotkeys, and AI Drafts That Keep My Inbox Focused"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The ability to snooze or hide emails until they’re actually relevant is a standout feature for me. It creates a hyper-focused environment that helps me avoid inbox fatigue and stay on top of what matters. I also find the hotkeys essential for quick sorting, and using the AI to auto-draft replies saves me several minutes every morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d love to see more native integrations with tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM to better support my research workflow. The calendar integration could also be more robust. In particular, I miss being able to color-code different types of time blocks and invites, which often ends up forcing me to jump back into Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Howard 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to have more native integrations with tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM, along with more robust calendar customization like color-coded time blocks and invites, would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Sleek, Uncluttered Interface with a Fluid Split-Panel Composer"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The interface is incredibly sleek and uncluttered, and that makes a huge difference in my day-to-day focus. I’m especially a fan of the split-panel composer, since it stays the same size as the preview window, which makes it feel very fluid to review and write at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d really love to see a native, built-in task tracker, or at least a deeper integration with one. The reminder system is great for follow-ups, but having a dedicated space to create and manage real task lists within the same interface would keep everything in one place and save me from having to jump back and forth between this and other project management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Joe 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to have a native task tracker or deeper integrations with project management tools, directly within Superhuman would be really handy, especially for keeping everything organized in one place without constantly switching between apps.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Game-Changing Speed and a Brilliant “Command + J” Shortcut"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The speed of this platform is a real game-changer. The “Command + J” shortcut is the standout feature for me—it lets me turn rough thoughts into my own authentic voice while also formatting everything nicely. It also does a great job of preserving the context from my previous conversations, so I don’t have to waste time relying on external AI tools or constantly copy-pasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at times. When I’m scanning a long list, it’s not always easy to visually distinguish between different threads, and searching for specific past messages can feel a little clunky. On top of that, memorizing the large library of keyboard shortcuts takes a significant amount of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Rita 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on thread visibility, search experience, and the learning curve around keyboard shortcuts to share with the team 📝

"Effortlessly Manages Emails with Intuitive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

My favorite thing is definitely not having email anxiety anymore. I just know a few focused minutes GO FAR with Superhuman. 1. Easy to review and reply 2. Super easy to find old email and conversations 3. Organized and intuitive I really like Superhuman Mail because it organizes email in an easy way to see it. The interface is really good and the majority of the labels it does automatically are very helpful. It screens emails really fast and flags things that I miss, making my life better in general. I also appreciate having consistency in reviewing emails and finding the important ones. The integration with my calendar is practical too; it pops up on the right bar menu, providing visibility of my schedule without switching tabs, making it easy to suggest meeting times and schedule them there. The initial setup is extremely easy and very seamless, it kind of does itself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The first time I used Superhuman Mail, I neglected the training and couldn't use the platform to its full extent. My fault not theirs, but it's the only thing negative I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for sharing your love for Superhuman, Luisa! 💜

"Instant Speed and a Clean Interface for a Smooth, Productive Flow"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Speed is the biggest highlight for me. Everything loads instantly, and the interface is exceptionally clean, which makes the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like a smooth, productive flow. The layout feels thoughtfully designed, helping me express my thoughts clearly without the usual visual distractions getting in the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d really like to see a unified inbox feature. Right now, having to switch between different accounts—even with shortcuts—still feels like something that could be streamlined further. A single, consolidated view of all incoming messages would make my daily triage faster and smoother, especially since I’m managing multiple streams at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Dean 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this feedback!

A Unified Inbox with a single, consolidated view across multiple accounts does sound like it would streamline things quite a bit. A few folks have requested this previously, so I wouldn't be surprised if we build it down the line! If we do, and you’d like to be updated on a future release, drop us a note at hello@superhuman.com and we’ll reach out 💫

"Minimalist UI, Fast Shortcuts, and a Unified Inbox That Keeps Me Focused"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The minimalist UI and the keyboard shortcuts are fantastic for staying focused. I really like being able to consolidate all my different inboxes into a single view, then switch between them instantly without bouncing between tabs. The built-in messaging for internal team chats right within email threads is also a major productivity boost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The standard search can be a bit hit-or-miss unless I have the exact sender or date. It tends to pull in a lot of noise from the archives, which makes it harder to narrow things down. Most of the time I end up switching to the AI search feature to find what I actually need with the right context, and that works much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Elden 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the standard search experience feeling noisy and less effective without exact details, especially compared to the AI search feature, to share with the team 📝

"Focused Single-Pane Workflow and Smart AI That Matches My Writing Style"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The focused workflow is excellent. The single-pane, “stream of consciousness” layout makes it much easier to process emails one at a time, and I feel noticeably more productive because of it. The keyboard shortcuts are also incredibly well designed, letting me archive messages or start composing instantly. On top of that, the AI agent is surprisingly accurate at mimicking my personal communication style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There’s a small bug where the AI calendar panel doesn’t clear after I save an event, and it can sometimes lead to duplicate meetings. I also wish I could upload external files to give the AI more context when it’s drafting specialized emails, since right now it seems to rely only on my history and calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Tracy 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the AI calendar panel not clearing after saving events, especially since it can lead to duplicate meetings, as well as your request for the ability to upload external files to give AI more context when drafting specialized emails.

If you’re able to, please email us at hello@superhuman.com with a few more details about the calendar panel issue so we can take a closer look at the bug. And if there are other ways we can make Superhuman Mail even better for you, please let us know 💜

"Lightning-Fast Email Workflow with Top-Tier Onboarding and Smarter AI Replies"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Pure speed is what keeps me hooked. With the shortcuts and snippets I use every day, getting through hundreds of emails feels almost effortless. The AI features have also improved a lot over the past year, which makes it easier to draft polished, professional replies. On top of that, the initial setup was surprisingly simple, and the onboarding experience was genuinely top-tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d really like to see more focus on voice-to-text integration. Since I use the Command key on Apple and try to avoid the keyboard whenever possible, being able to draft entire emails using only my voice would be a huge step forward for my particular workflow across both mobile and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Lionel 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on expanding voice-to-text integration, especially the ability to fully draft emails by voice across both mobile and desktop to share with the team.

We really appreciate you sharing how this would fit into your workflow, and feedback like this helps us prioritize improvements that make Superhuman Mail more seamless to use 🙏🏻

"Embedded AI and Calendar Sync That Make Email Effortlessly Smooth"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The embedded AI is the biggest standout for me. It genuinely helps with drafting and summarizing complex threads, and it saves me a ton of mental energy. I also really like the calendar sync features—being able to view multiple calendars and drop booking links straight into an email without ever leaving the app feels incredibly smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Moving away from a traditional folder-based system was definitely the hardest part for me. After years of using Outlook, it took some time to adjust to the search-first and “split” philosophy. There’s a genuine learning curve with the shortcuts and the functional differences, and it can feel a bit jarring at first—especially during that first week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
