Very easily to take care about messages and emails from different channels and to answer them with prebuild messages. The tool is very expensive - specially because the automations are not so well yet and you have very less automations in the small packages, but because of some missing actions there you need for one task more than 8 automations.... e.g. if you want to label contacts which anser with more than one possibility, you need as far as I understand to automate it for each possibility an own automation. otherwise the wautomation will be hold after transfering second possibility.
