Given the quality and professionalism we have experienced with Superchat, there are genuinely no downsides worth noting. Any minor issues that came up were promptly and effectively resolved by customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superchat is solving several key business problems for us. Primarily, it's bridging the communication gap between us and our customers who aren't adept at sending images and information via email. Our customers are comfortable with smartphone messaging, particularly WhatsApp, and using Superchat lets us meet them where they are most at ease. It turns usually tedious email correspondences into swift, enjoyable, and interactive chat sessions, creating a more engaging and efficient experience for both our employees and customers.

Furthermore, Superchat's embedded iframe feature enables our customers to chat with us directly on our website, which eliminates the need for them to switch between platforms or apps for communication. This direct way of connecting not only simplifies the communication process but also strengthens the bond we have with our customers. Use Superchat now for a month in our agency. The step was definitely the right one. All communication in one place and selectable. We also use it for marketing by sending automatic messages via WhatsApp to our customers through Zapier. Everything works perfectly and the support from Superchat is really great.
