**What do you like best about SuperAGI?**

The automation capabilities are excellent — dynamic journeys, personalized campaigns, and strong multi-channel options (WhatsApp, email, web push, SMS) all work seamlessly. The interface is clean and intuitive once you get used to it,

**What do you dislike about SuperAGI?**

At times, the platform feels slightly complex when setting up advanced journeys, especially when integrating with third-party tools. The support turnaround could be faster for urgent queries. & analytics could me more detail oriented.

**What problems is SuperAGI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperAGI Marketing helps us centralize and automate DS Mill’s customer engagement across WhatsApp, email, SMS, and web push. Instead of handling campaigns manually, we can now build structured journeys for cart abandonment, category/product exploration, and post-purchase engagement. This has reduced drop-offs, improved personalization, and given us better visibility into customer behaviour. The biggest benefit is efficiency — we can manage all channels in one place, save time for the team, and scale communications with consistent branding and measurable results.

Some of the leads don’t seem genuine, and it also shows fake information.

**What do you like best about SuperAGI?**

The prospecting is exceptional - large database, Ai takes care of it.  Easy to add leads to your pipeline with a click. Customer and Company enrichment is excellent - better than anything I've seen or used personally - Superior to Hubspot and Pipedrive.  Oh and didn't I mention that it's legitimately FREE for small businesses and comes with 2000 free AI credits per month with the Sales Module and 500 free credits for the marketing module.   Relatively simple automations that are certainly robust.  You can literally create 10 agents and automate all of your emailing. Marketers, Salespeople and worker agents.

**What do you dislike about SuperAGI?**

My least favorite aspect is it's clumsy to manually move contacts around.  And there isn't an intuitive way to automate it.  Granted it's no different from having to fill in contact and company info in most CRMs, but considering the native AI aspect they should improve that.  It would be nice to have an import tool that could be customized to match a spreadsheet then automated into their pipeline layout.

**What problems is SuperAGI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to find leads and get extensive background information about them.  It's also relatively easy to set email automations and nurture sequences. The agent builder is a pretty straight forward no code drop drag and connect.  Marketing Campaigns are straightforward - AI funnel builder could be higher quality, but I've been using it for months and have enriched over a 100 leads, built email sequences and am still in the free tier.

I initially found the feature set of SuperAGI to be attractive. The possibilities it presented looked promising, which motivated me to take a trial.

Support has been nonexistent up to this point. I don't understand their business model; I spent $75 on the Starter plan, but now that plan is $12.

SuperAGI was intended to streamline our sales process by create automated workflows.  That never happened.

Super AGI’s Sales platform stands out for its ability to automate and streamline prospecting activities with AI-driven precision. The customizable playbooks, seamless CRM integrations, and powerful AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) functions help save time and improve outreach efficiency. I also appreciate the intuitive UI — it's easy for both technical and non-technical users to get started.

While the platform is powerful, it does have a learning curve, especially when configuring complex workflows or fine-tuning AI prompts for optimal performance. I would also like to see more detailed analytics dashboards built-in, instead of relying on external tools for deeper reporting. Occasionally, support response times can be slower during high-demand periods.

**What problems is SuperAGI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super AGI has significantly reduced the manual effort required for lead generation and follow-ups. The AI SDR automates much of the initial outreach, letting our sales team focus on higher-value conversations. It also helps ensure more consistent messaging and faster scaling of outbound campaigns without adding headcount.

Control gives a clear snapshot of campaign performance. I really liked the breakdown of sent, open rates, and CTR in one view. The interface is fast, and it’s easy to filter data by campaign.

Before SuperSales, our sales data was a mess. Now, we have a crystal-clear picture of our sales pipeline, allowing us to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. The reporting and analytics features are incredibly insightful. We can track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and understand what's truly driving conversions. This data-driven approach has significantly improved our sales effectiveness and helped us optimize our marketing spend. SuperSales has given us the visibility and control we needed to achieve consistent growth.  It is super easy to navigate and is simply a one stop shop for all of our company's marketing and sales needs.  There is absolutely nothing out there like it!

CRM that has simplicity, while giving every option imaginable taking customization to the next level.  It's ability to also incorperate such a top notch, prospecting and maketing platform, makes this in a leage of its own when it comes to sales and prospecting, CRM, and integration.  It has truly been a game changer in a one stop shop platform, offering everything you need, all while doing it the best in the industry.

The team at SuperAGI is fantastic - particularly Gautham. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood the product and walked me through all of the features and functionality. Any problems I had were quickly resolved by their support team. Among other CRM tools on the market, SuperAGI is - by far - the most advanced in terms of AI capabilities.

There were  a few small gimmicks when I initially began using the product, but the team quickly resolved all issues. They were very attentive and focused on improvement.

SuperAGI helps us find and contact leads in a way that combines the CRM capabilities of Hubspot with the lead identification capabilities of Zoom Info.

Installation is fairly easy as its one click install via shopify store.

SuperSales is a streamlined all in one CRM system that does everything from providing a comprehensive lead database to creating streamlined AI sequencing journeys.

There is not much I don't like about SuperSales.  It is a newer CRM so learning the new features took a little bit of time, but the responsiveness of the SuperSales support staff has been amazing .

We were initially hesitant to invest in a CRM, but SuperSales has far exceeded all our expectations. The user-friendly interface and excellent customer support made the transition seamless. The team at SuperSales is incredibly responsive and always willing to help. Their commitment to customer success is evident. We feel confident that SuperSales will continue to be a valuable asset as we continue to grow. If you're looking for a powerful and affordable CRM solution, I highly recommend giving SuperSales a try.  The fact that it's literally an AI based software company behind it speaks volumes about the speed in which it should continue to move towards the future with new features that we are excited to see and try for our marketing outreach.

I haven't found anything so far to complain about aside from the initial sign in once you're a customer should have a dedicated link instead of a start for free which I can see as being confusing to some.

SuperSales gives us the flexibility of any of the top CRMs out there with the added benefit of smart AI powered prospecting and marketing outreach across several different channels.  It does all of that and makes it easy to monitor it all from a single screen without having to try and manage multiple reports.

The dashboard is clean and simple to use even if you’re not super techy. We were able to get started quickly, and the ready-to-use templates really helped speed things up. What we appreciate the most is their customer support. The team is friendly, quick to respond, and always ready to help, no matter how small the question.

Contlo is a wonderful tool for e-commerce marketing, like WhatsApp, Email, SMS and Automations to send the offer & discount on the products. as well as generate to leads for business and corporate sectors. Revlon has been using the COntlo services since last 2 years for marketing purposes.

We didn't find anything as such issues in using it over the last 2 years.

The very first of all, revenue is trackable. It actually works, it caters all the necessary automation you require at the store, be it whatsapp, email, or SMS.The set-up process was also really smooth and less time-consuming.

The whatsapp/conversation UI can be better, the media doesn't open in a user friendly manner.

Our main problem was to establish efficient and automated utility & marketing communications, which are very well solved by contlo. The backend is something which anyone can understand and take commands on.

The analytics piece is very hard to graspe in one short. It could be improved, please do take some insperation from tools like Moengage or Mixpanel for the analytics piece.

If they could just add a feature of Connector camapigns where we can feed the audience to our performance marketing channels. Would be great  to target users there as well.

Contlo we are using for operating our Retention channels. We send our Automations and Manual campaigns through Contlo, Be it Whatsapp, SMS, E-Mail or Push. The Tools supports it all. The data shown for every campaign and even for overall accout helps us strategize our campaigns better.

I've been using SuperSales for the past couple of months, and it's helped to make my job a bit easier when connecting with the correct ICP with various messages. The customer service is fantastic and quick, and they take feedback well. I appreciate working with a start-up that listens to customers!

**What do you dislike about SuperAGI?**

While I know they are actively working on their product roadmap - the ability to do a/b/c testing within one sequence vs having to clone/duplicate. 

Some areas of the UX can improve the learning curve. For example, having a login button vs "start for free"  would be good as it confuses current customers.

Also, being able to get replies from outreach directly to email or Slack would be helpful vs going into the app.

We have a very small team so having SuperSales act as almost another employee allows the team to focus and prioritize.
