Supademo allows me to create high quality demos without live video and audio recording that require major editing. I even created a demo while riding in the car surrounded by people and noise. It took a bit to edit the hotspot narration and to realize I had to have the mobile optimization on so the text would not wrap mid-word, but once I got it I was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saves time with having to write out a procedure that would include a lot of screenshots, steps, recordings, etc. This way, I was able to draft out a procedure through a demo, and my colleagues shared that it was much easier for them this way, instead of having to read so many words and sentences. I would suggest having more options to highlight important parts, other than the 3 options we have at the moment (callout, hotspot, etc). Also, I would like to be able to add emojis to the text to make it seem more relatable.

I would also like to be able to choose the tone of the messages generated by AI - formal, casual, friendly, concise, more detailed, etc
