Supacut is a story-first editing companion for Premiere Pro. Rather than functioning as a transcription service, search engine, or automated video editor, Supacut focuses on a single challenge: helping editors discover and structure the strongest story hidden inside interview footage. The platform reviews transcripts, identifies recurring themes, narrative tension, character journeys, conflict, revelations, and resolutions. It then develops complete story structures and editorial recommendations based on those findings. Editors can evaluate multiple narrative directions before selecting the strongest approach for the project. Once a direction is chosen, Supacut generates a structured first-cut sequence complete with recommended interviews, supporting transcript references, story sections, and narrative flow. The result is a workflow that transforms hundreds of transcript pages into a practical, editable first cut inside Premiere Pro.
