Sunsette is booking software for spray tan artists and sunless tanning operations. It features automated rinse reminders based on solution type and processing time, mobile travel zones with routing, travel buffers, and customizable booking windows. Inventory tracking monitors solution levels and sends low-stock alerts. Group booking allows clients to book together with individual enhancements, split or grouped checkout, and automatic multi-client pricing. Deposit management integrates with Stripe or Square for payments at booking. The software supports hybrid models with studio and mobile scheduling, stores client profiles with notes and solution history, and sends automated pre-care and post-care messages. Additional features include mileage tracking, staff timeclock functionality, role-based access controls, and payment processing via Stripe or Square.
