It also has problems sounding too generic if you don't do some research and figure out how to control voices and instruments, but you can make it do impossible things as well (impossible for humans). The biggest issue is the automatic subscription renewal and pricing transparency. My subscription was renewed automatically without a clear warning, and I was charged $288, which was much higher than the price displayed on the website. Even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted billing immediately and sent two follow-up reminders, but after almost three weeks, I received no reply and no action.
