It really helps the user to see our personal info without having to wait from HR Team. **What do you dislike about SunFish by DataOn?** Since SunFish features mainly depends on the internet connection, so if the connection is slow SunFish would stop responding and the data that I've been filling would be gone so we have to rewrite it all over again. Especially the Employee module which contains Employee Personal Data and Employment Data, then the Time and Attendance module which makes it easier for the Human Capital Unit to monitor employee attendance and employee leave. Don't forget, there is a Payroll module which makes it very easy & saves time when processing employee payroll. It also includes PPH21 tax calculations. The overall benefit of using SunFish is to facilitate business processes both from the Human Capital side and from the Employee side, where SunFish can be accessed anywhere and anytime. SunFish can be used anywhere and anytime. User interface implementation makes it easy for users to use SunFish every day. In our company, the Human Capital Unit uses SunFish on a daily basis while employees prefer to use GreatDay because in our company there are project employees who have more mobility in projects so it is easier to use GreatDay which can be installed on their respective cellphones. Employees are our customers. With SunFish we can provide better support to employees. For example, when an employee wants to know the remaining leave allowance, we can directly check it via SunFish which has been recorded properly. Our hope is that in the future SunFish can be integrated with the SAP program that we currently use in the finance unit. **What do you dislike about SunFish by DataOn?** The Performance module which currently has a standard cannot be used because it is not in accordance with the business processes in our company. However, we have plans to submit custom orders to suit our business processes. **What problems is SunFish by DataOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before SunFish was in our company, the employee recruitment process really required physical documents to complete the documents for new employees. After using SunFish, the recruitment process becomes very easy with a recruitment link that is used by recruiters to post job vacancies and then prospective candidates can fill in the information needed by the company via that link. It is also easier for recruiters to monitor what stage the ongoing recruitment process has reached. Ends if the candidate meets the qualifications and requirements, by simply clicking the "Set As Employee" button, all the required data has been integrated into the Employee Information module. Including leave and overtime issues. Previously, it was very far from "paperless" for employees to apply for leave and overtime. Employees must fill out a hardcopy of the Overtime Form as known as "Surat Perintah Lembur" and Leave Form to be filled in and then submitted to the Human Capital unit for processing. In our opinion, this is inefficient because a lot of paper is needed and it takes time to process it. With SunFish all problems are solved. All data is already in SunFish and calculations can be done in SunFish. Very easy and time saving for everyone. Goodbye papers... ### 16.
