Great for HR management, but support is sometimes slow. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025 **What do you like best about SunFish by DataOn?** With SunFish, we can handle performance evaluations and administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and reimbursements without having to do them manually. **What do you dislike about SunFish by DataOn?** Because our system has a lot of customization, we sometimes encounter bugs and issues. When we raise a ticket, the DataOn support team occasionally does not respond to our chat, yet the ticket status on the SunFish website is marked as "responded." At times, we don’t get any response, not even a simple “Okay ma’am, we’ll check it,” even though the ticket status shows responded. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it has occurred several times. Some issues also tend to reoccur (as can be seen in the ticketing history), and the responses or resolutions can take quite a long time. **What problems is SunFish by DataOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** It streamlines HR tasks like evaluations, attendance, and reimbursements, reducing manual work. -
