  ### 1. Suncoast is the biggest piece of crap charting system I have ever used

**What do you like best about Suncoast?**

Nothing. Suncoast is BAR none the worst charting system I have ever had to use so far in my almost 10yrs as a nurse.

**What do you dislike about Suncoast?**

Functionality is garbage, it is convoluted and hard at times to find what you are looking for, accidentally click on a form that is right next to your assessment you want to do? Welp now you're going to have to jump through hoops to try and remove the incorrect form. This system is the MOST FRUSTRATING part about my job, and everyone else I work with thinks the same thing. Everyone here at Hopewest Hospice absolutely hates Suncoast charting.

**What problems is Suncoast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing, Suncoast makes my job more difficult and for everyone that works at my facility.

**What do you like best about Suncoast?**

Compliance with federal regulations and the ability to customize clinical forms. 

**What do you dislike about Suncoast?**

No web based solution as yet, doesn't scale well on mobile devices. 

**What problems is Suncoast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suncoast is our Electronic Medical Record and Billing Software. It allows to comply with federal regulations, chart on patients, bill for services, and collect quality data.

**What do you like best about Suncoast?**

Timesheet organization and ability to customize desktop/preferences.

**What do you dislike about Suncoast?**

It is not user friendly and the amount of clicking to get where I need to makes me less efficient 

**What problems is Suncoast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electronic filing for med documentation is more secure and easily accessible.
