I definitely would change the fact that first, you need to fill out a prequalification link, and the fact that the patient can't just complete their payment using that one link initially, like, when they first see what they qualify for. Because they get so confused if they enter their debit card information multiple times and then we keep getting emails over and over again. And they just get confused why they need another link.
