What do you like best about Sumsub?

It does automatic verification is all the documents are correct and readable by system which saves time. Also automated rejection tag helps reduce human work. All taggings are nearly accurate, hence it is a great tool to use on daily basis! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

If there is possible to add built in translator for some widely used languages around the world including Bengali then it would have been awesome since somethimes for this reason, documents get delayed. Other than that, this is a great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Document ID checks are super problematic. So many faulty photoshop, graphic editing, screenshot results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically, graphic editing rejections occur even when applicants use filters on their cameras. This is the most common reason behind such rejections.

From a technical perspective, filters alter the unique signatures of a photo (similar to any graphic editor, including Photoshop) and prevent us from being certain that the document is genuine and not forged.

The constant errors, which are made on a daily basis. E.g., a passport already approved goes to the status "rejected" without any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sumsub?

Chat support is incredible. They know every query solution. UI/UX and navigation are also good. Instant KYC/KYB checks. Fraud detection is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need improvement in API Documentation. You need to provide more APIs For example I have an issue with document inactive after document inactive how can we make it active with API? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sumsub?

Sumsub required no internal engineer/developer time for my team to get started onboarding clients right away. The applicant workflows are highly customizable and the applicant user experience is clean and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

The KYB product could be stronger. The KYC product seems more mature and battle-tested, with minimal applicants experiencing workflow errors. The KYB experience is good, but is inherently more complicated and with that there are some common errors KYB applicants seem to experience that are still being worked on.
