Sometimes pending is taking a long time and sometimes wrong OCR from Italian IDs (paper ones). I couldn't find a feature to make a static link for a verification (so that any person could visit it and pass verification and it apepars in the admin dashboard), like it is on other KYC services. Also when i create a new link for a new person it expires quickly and i have to send a new one. Also i couldn't customize selfie type - nothing is available except Advanced liveness check.
