What do you like best about Sumsub?

What we like most about SumSub is the clear and concise information displayed for each applicant.

We can add additional compliance requests to the same thread and all relevent data remains on the same applicantion thread, instead of multiple checks in different locations. Game changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

Some of the blacklisting features can be too aggresive and impossible to reverse.

Having too much security isn't a bad thing, but it would be nice to reverse compliance mistakes when they are made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sumsub?

I really liked SumSub's approach to API development and their documentation. It's so easy to implement into any kind of front-end framework like ReactJS and Angular ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

What they are missing is better UI for testing and finding users. I would love to see "SumSub Support" as part of their CRM and also what im missing is easy way to audit Crypto transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can manually set the lifetime of the links through the dashboard; by default, we set them to be valid for 30 days. We appreciate your suggestion, and we will explore the possibility of adding link validity generation to the API.

What do you like best about Sumsub?

Working with their team is very pleasant. Every time we have had any issues, they have always been a great help in providing a solution. As for the system, it has proven to be effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

Sometimes it was accepting IDs. It should not have been declining, but it was an easy fix to address the problem. One thing that would be beneficial is if the interface could be customized so it would match the company's interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are constantly working on enabling more customization for building KYC flows, and will launch a few new features for this. It will soon be possible to customize the interface using embedded editing tools in just a couple of clicks—no coding required. Everything will be configurable, including colors, fonts, buttons, and illustrations.

What do you like best about Sumsub?

Customer service is very reactive and helpful BUT I cannot necessarily claim that they solved our problems. I think it is also cheap compared to other providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumsub?

Almost half of our ID verification manual checks results with 'graphics editing software' warning and rejects the document. I hardly think that our clients edit their ID docs and we keep getting this rejected applications/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The results page can be a bit convoluted from the services I've used (id verification); probably, having a short summary and in-depth view may help. Same issue happens when the customer has potential PEP matches or negative media results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
