I generally make notes based on the pdfs I read and Sumnotes has provided help with its best in class annotations features which helped me marking and extracting from the specific pdf. One can also extract the notes to various formats. 2. Another great attribute about Sumnotes is that its a completely web based and supports all and different kinds of browser hence it's accessible from any kind of device. One can easily import the files extract and export them easily upon the device. 3. I find it very value for money and well suited for a professional. It's customer service is also commendable. Overall its a great package as its tools and features are best in class. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** The parts on which Sumnotes needs improvement are as follows - 1. I honestly feel they should improve on the extraction and loading time as it takes a lot of time to process a large file when in comparison to small files. Also lacks the desired accuracy in larger files 2. Although the platform is feature rich, it can be sometimes a bit overwhelming to use a few tools and one needs to go through a few tuitorials to understand its working. 3. Also the selection tool isn't accurate as it tends to select the entire para intead of selecting a specific part of it. **What problems is Sumnotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sumnotes has saved me a ton of time thanks to its smart pdf and kindle annotation tools. Earlier to stumbling upon Sumnotes I was struggling to summarise my annotations from pdfs but now it has become a piece of cake. I use multiple document platforms and I could easily import out the data on it. Overall, Sumnotes is a trustworthy and reliable platform for annotatiions. Although the platform may sometimes glitch during using the selection tool and can be annoying at times. ### 2. The free version handles up to 100 MB and makes 50 highlights. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** Loading and extraction of documents is taking a long time. Sumnote is the one-time solution for this data extraction that can extract Annotations, marking, notes from the PDF with ease. It also acts as PDF Reader as well. extracting Image is the another best option which the tool provides and its ease to use. 100 Mb and 50 Highlights provided with the free version and which satisfy the average usage. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** For the first time use it was a bit confusing and keep triggering the login screen, later referring to the site embedded documentation helped the thing ease. for a large pdf file, the extraction and loading time very high and accuracy seems to less comparing the less size file. **Recommendations to others considering Sumnotes:** It's the best for making notes and blogging purposes. And extract quality content from the Annotation from the PDF. It is very easy to use and I do not need any additional software to open the PDF files, since these can be read directly from the platform itself and I can add new notes, images or photographs before downloading it, allowing me to create a project in less time. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** In the time of use I have had no problem with the application and use every time I need to do an educational project in the institution I work. **Recommendations to others considering Sumnotes:** It is an application with support for all browsers and operating systems.
