## SuiteProjects Pro Reviews
  ### 1. Time and Exp

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The dashboard is simply enough to use and adding time under very descriptive terms and allocations is a great resource. additionally the esp reports are well laid out.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The exp reports often lock and its difficult to upload new receipts. The mobile version just sucks. its very difficult to navigate and must use the laptop version to get work and tracking done quickly and efficiently.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

ITs getting better but still needs help. the laptop version is very detailed and can be a great asset for tracking and budgeting

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better means of tracking projects and allocating the time to the appropriate project. the expensive are good to breakdown the correct cost with the items and projects.

  ### 2. Good but not great!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus E. | Senior Project Manager / PMO Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

OpenAir is a robust platform for time reporting, billing and project management.
The general architecture of the platform is good and the portal is easy to navigate.
The user experience and data visibility can be adapted based on an effective roles model. OpenAir provides simple parametrization GUI's that allowed us to adapt the product to our business processes.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The focus of the product is on Time and billing. In this area OpenAir is very strong. Project management in OpenAir is possible but follows a very basic approach. When using OpenAir in daily operations to manage projects with more than 10 tasks, a portfolio > 20 projects and more than 150 users there are certain short comings that are not obvious but one need to consider.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We centralized the entire project business in OpenAir. The project teams share now plans and documents, action points and live data in one portal. With the implementation of OpenAir the management layer of the organization got access to live information on the global project portfolio. Finance is receiving approved time data and relevant information like revenue forecasts. Our Development department has access to the execution schedule of the professional services organization.
Summarizing the biggest benefit is that the entire organization shares information in one central repository.
Due to the standardization of processes the maturity of the delivery organization is increasing.

  ### 3. Good Product with Fatal Flaw

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | President, Internet, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Fast, easy screens for time billing. Staff enter time bills, and they consolidate easily into invoices.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

THEY DID NOT MAIL OUR INVOICES OUT! This year and last year we entered invoices, and market them to be mailed. They didn't get mailed, so we didn't get paid. This is outrageous.

Here is the status note on August 9, 2014 on an invoice I asked to be mailed in February this year: "If you want to Retract this invoice before it has been mailed click on the "Retract" button
The invoice was tagged for mailing on 02/08/14
The invoice is not yet mailed."

This is beyond belief.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email billing works ok.

  ### 4. Open Air - Sucessful Implementation. Rolling out to other subsidiaries.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa R. | Manager of Finance - Implemented Netsuite ERP and PSA Solutions, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Open Air's integration with NetSuite ensure timely payment of our employees for their expenses.

Open Air's solution ensures every hour is billed and no client expenses are forgotten about.

Complete accountability as to what your resources are working on and knowledge of future revenues is excellent.

Utilization calculations are just done for you - totally automated.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The interface is slowly improving. The report writer appears overwhelming from the concept far too many choices. However it does give you the flexibility to what info you want once you understand how the report writer works.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

We continue to be very happy with our solution.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved cashflows - invoice generation is quick and painless.

Less dispute over customer's invoices as project managers approve them before they are sent out to the client.

Employees know that once their expenses are approved - they will be paid in a timely manner - no more duplicate entry of expense reports.

Month end accrual of revenues is very easy to calculate and allows for a faster month end process.

  ### 5. Just OK.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

I can't say there are a lot of things I truly like about OpenAir, but if I had to come up with a few...Compared to some of the other web based SaaS we use, it is reliable and generally bug free. The basis functionality like timesheets and expense reports work as you would expect. One strength of the system is its size - it seems to handle batch actions and large amounts of data well.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

We struggle with several modules of OpenAir. The purchases module is complex to understand, limiting and difficult to report on. We have had to centralize our use of it to one "expert" and all others in the firm email her requests for changes. We have also struggled with revenue recognition. Our revenue is earned over long period of time so we use a percent complete method, but deploying this in OpenAir took us almost 18 months of frustration and we still don't have a perfect solution. Another concern is resource management. We tried to use bookings in the OA resource module, also tried the bookings worksheet in the Projects module AND tried creating several reports that were reviewed regularly. All of these attempts failed and we've reverted to a manual resource management system using Excel. Our project managers complain about the Gantt Chart and the ease of updating project dates and milestones. None of them use the gant feature and instead rely on a separately gantt software for tracking project timelines. Reporting is another struggle. Only myself and the other OpenAir admin in our company have mastered the ability to create reports and therefore must manage this for the whole company. Even our PMs who are in the system daily struggle to pull the information they need to manage multiple projects. Another thing - the UI is terrible.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Considering using an independent firm for your implementation. After our first 3 years on OpenAir we hired an independent consultant who made a lot of configuration changes for us which solved some (but not all) of our issues with the system.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before OpenAir we did not track costs against specific projects and could not report profitability of any single project, so it has definitely brought our business forward leaps and bounds. That said, it was not easy to get to where we are and we are still doing WAY more than we had anticipated outside of the system.

  ### 6. Comprehensive, easy-to-use management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Ease of navigation to most relevant areas I am responsible for. Intuitive layout; clean and uncluttered looking.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Scroll function at bottom of pages and sort functions for data can sometimes be cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

The structure and technical support provided by NetSuite OpenAir is invaluable.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and resource management is clearly trackable and quantifiable. Easy, one-stop-shop for most every project our company handles, from product to complex training deliverables.

  ### 7. LongTime OpenAir User in Chicago

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachelle F. | Manager, Project Management- Delivery Assurance PMO, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Ease of use. Not 100% sold on the new GUI but the overall functionality certainly serves my company's needs.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

I don't have any dislikes. I used to be an admin before the new GUI. My role changed in March 2012. My needs are very different now as a user.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

N/A

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking level of effort for internal projects are key for my team. This allows us to do that.

  ### 8. Powerful features, poor interface and overall user/admin experience.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

As far as PSA tools go, OpenAir is about as fully featured as they come. Project planning, forecasting, billing/invoicing and revenue recognition, workspaces, issue tracking, resource management, skill tracking, etc. We have much greater visibility now than we did with our previous PSA tools.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Users complain about the unintuitive interface, and it's not that much better on the admin end. As of summer 2013, a revamped UI is on the way, which may help things. Standard integration to Salesforce is rather limited in the data it can pass back.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

It does a lot. It can provide great visibility to the business. Users may not like the UI and overall experience. Be prepared to have to understand OpenAir's quirks... they are plentiful.

  ### 9. Usually positive although there are things that could be better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma V. | Sr. Recruiter - The Americas, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

User friendly, simple, multi-layered, design is nice on the eyes

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Duplicate reports are hard to merge, errors are hard to find, drop down list are a nightmare, system freezes and erases everything, too many ways to save reports that can't be found by others

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an applicant tracking system, times sheets, expenses

  ### 10. Avoid like the plague

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The only useful feature is the ability to clone a previous timesheet or expense report
Besides that it is the most annoying and useless application I have ever used.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Everything about OpenAir is annoying basically because the GUI is extremely difficult to use

I use it as an employee and as a manager and it is useless for both.

I enter t&e as an employee and manage projects, approve t&e as a manager. It takes at least a day a month.

Data is entered by dropdown and you cannot use the keyboard or cut and paste except in narrative fields so you have to scroll through long dropdown lists just to enter simple data like currency or category

There is no ability to import/export from/to XL so you literally have to enter everything by hand which takes forever since the GUI is so stone age.

As a manager, there are no useful reports and whilst the system captures lots of supposedly useful data, its a blackhole from which you cannot extract anything useful.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

On no account should you voluntarily subject yourself or your staff to this software. It should be criminalised.

If your company makes you use it, then be warned.
You will need a secretary, a lobotomy or a shrink and most likely all three.

  ### 11. Multiple project tracking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2014

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Versatility of the platform. Very flexible

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Its time consuming for entering data....

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Solid software for project management and PS organizations.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to easily share information across businesses. Quickly track projects and associated timesheets.

  ### 12. I utilize OpenAir for expense reimbursement and report

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Application Sales Representative, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

I especially like the mobile app that allows me to take picture and attach receipt at point of sale and sync. Also the integration in Salesforce CRM is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The UI/UX could be a little more intuitive on the end user side to create new report and add line items. Learning curve is quite short, however.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Obviously depends on needs of organization. As a long time heavy traveler, I understand the pains of frequent and lengthy expense reporting. No taping/faxing/scanning receipts and quick entry.

  ### 13. Easy Expenses Make Easy Salespeople

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The fact that OpenAir is a cloud, browser-based, available anywhere solution makes it very easy to empower a mobile workforce to tackle things like time reporting and expense tracking & submission. Most of all, OpenAir does not time out in short intervals like many other systems, which alleviates more stress and helps streamline and enhance the user experience.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The help functions in OpenAir are not very intuitive. For example, when submitting time sheets and you're unsure of what time "code" to enter, it does not provide any clarity and thus turns into guess work on behalf of the user. This could just be how my organization has the time sheet portion of OpenAir configured, but it's inconvenient to say the least.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

When evaluating OpenAir, consider your mobile & remote workforce. There is always someone at Corporate who knows the intricacies of any system, but OpenAir is intuitive and easy to use. If you have hundreds of salespeople who abhor entering their time or expense because the system is poor, it just adds to a decline in morale because folks have to spend extra time figuring out a system that should be simple.

  ### 14. Excellent PSA Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erich R. | Co-founder & CSO, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

We switched to OpenAir at the previous company I worked for from QuickArrow and it was a very welcomed switch. I love the native integration to Salesforce, the seamless workflows, and intuitive user interface. OpenAir allowed us to better track what time was being spent in various tasks on our projects. In addition, we were able to better report on the data that was flowing through the system, in order to determine where bottlenecks where occurring and make decisions based on actual data rather than anecdotal evidence. This solution worked incredibly well for a company that heavily uses Salesforce and was a mid-size firm, it may be overkill for smaller companies.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

There are a few things that are difficult to do in the system. The mobile app for me was difficult to use, and I was never able to get it working for some reason. I'm not sure if this was due to configuration issues. This would have been very helpful during business travel for logging expenses, as opposed to having to ensure every receipt was saved to be entered at a later time. In addition, there are a few things that are hard to model with in OpenAir, but all in all the tool is a very solid.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

This is probably the best product on the market for companies using SFDC. I would look no further than OpenAir if you are in the market for a PSA tool.

  ### 15. Good for Resource Management, but not User Friendly

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The ability to book resources and forecast revenue based on bookings plus timesheets for the month.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

It is complicated. It takes a thorough understanding of the way the system works to be able to use most of the features. The account managers and help desk are not very supportive.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Have a full-time dedicated administrator, have them taking the Essentials training in the beginning and budget for further classes and workshops.

  ### 16. Not as intuitive as it needs to be

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill A. | Associate Creative Director, User Experience, Internet, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

It does accomplish the task of expense reporting and it is, afterall, a cloud-based product so accessibility is good. It integrates into whatever systems you have so getting that full picture is nice.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The interface is not intutive, not even for technical people. At a former company, we used openair and the entire company was required to be trained on it, and even then, there were always questions and confusion. It looks more like an application from the dotcom era than post web 2.0.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Look for alternatives first. I was not the person making the financial decision to go with Openair but i suspect that it comes at a decent price point -- you get exactly what you pay for though, so keep that in mind.

  ### 17. Decent Resource and Billing Management, not much else

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew A. | Co Founder, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The functionality is light, but it gets you what you need. The billing and resource management were very good for what we needed. If you have small projects, you can even do pseudo project management on it. Easy to set up and admin though there are limitations

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Reporting is light, usability can be better, but still better than most competitors.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

I would recommend for small to medium sized companies. Larger companies or those with a bigger array of resources and billing/tracking may find it lacking in punch.

  ### 18. great tool however a little clunky on the user side

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kryz O. | Global Partner PreSales and Technical Enablement , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

A great tool for capturing costs and time sheets. Automated time sheet project allocation is fantastic. From a reporting size, the output of billable vs no billable hours ensure effective project delivery.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The UI for the end user is a little clunky and everyone needs training. This isn't a bad think, however for a timesheet system some areas could be made easier.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Good tool for PSA. Check to see what your ERP vendor can offer, but remember with todays middleware offering, integration to your ERP for billable etc is not that hard.

  ### 19. Great for reports, no too great for users

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The reports you can get out of Openair are great. Really good project analysis and costings. Great to keep the customer in the loop for costs

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The users interface is really poor. It often takes several clicks to do something which should take one or two.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

It is good, but think about what you need it for. If you are not doing big long projects, look at something smaller

  ### 20. Best cloud based PSA tool out there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Sr Director of Services Delivery, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

We went through a PSA vendor selection program and found OpenAir to be the best. Good integration with Salesforce. Administration is pretty easy to do. Has native dashboards for quick and easy access to information on your projects. Within the expense management, it allows you to itemize a hotel bill so you can break out meals from the accommodation charges. Makes Management approvals easy with the home screen which lists out actions needed. You can report on just about anything and can run unlimited number of automated reports.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Resource management can be time consuming as you have to flip back and forth between views to make adjustments and view their impact on the project or resource.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

If you're looking for a true PSA tool, you should consider OpenAir.

  ### 21. Best of available?

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Chief Financial Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Ability to integrate with other valuable SaaS applications. In my case, Salesforce, Intacct, BigMachines. The base concepts in the product are in place.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The UI is not very impressive and the overall user experience is lacking. We used the product for both time tracking on service engagements and expense reporting. The product accomplished the minimum that we needed but did not stretch far enough to beat our expectations.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

This may be the best PSA tool out there, but it is not due to it taking an innovative approach and making the best use of technology. Rather it is the result of no one out there creating a robust, intuitive PSA application.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional services project management was the challenge that we were trying to overcome.

  ### 22. Netsuite and Open Air fill implementation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2013

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

We have finally integrated our financial systems with our service and productivity needs with this tool (and CRM) It's very customizable and easily adaptable to a well defined business process

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Implementation was long, and it has so many layers that you almost have to implement then re-implement once you work out the kinks from go-live

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Spend the time up front to really map out your business process before you proceed.

  ### 23. Timesheet tool with terrible usability

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared T. | Solutions Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

I'm sure it does some good things but I can't think of any. Reporting is supposed to be good for this.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Usability is terrible, Looks really out of date.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

I've heard the flexibility and integration is good. However from the front end it is not intuitive, user experience is terrible. If I was making the decisions for this kind of issue I would not purchase their services.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing Professional Services team billable and non-billable hours. Time tracking and budgeting for projects. It does integrate with Salesforce and seems to do a good job of reporting, but the user interface is terrible.

  ### 24. Built for Enterprise, but not user Friendly

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

I usually was able to get the reports out of it that I needed.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Entering expense reports is tedious. There was not a method to set defaults by user for fields that were the same for each expense report, so it required the user to complete the same field each time. In addition, our company had requirements that were not easily met and workarounds were used that made the time and expense entry even more difficult. In addition I don't believe our company ever fully realized the value of the resource management module because it was difficult to admin and manage.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Even though customization may be required, try to stick to the standard or it may cause usability issues for those entering time and expenses.

**What problems is SuiteProjects Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowed us to be able to analyze where our team was spending time. This helped us improve our professional services processes (team that implemented our software for customers) as well as revealed areas our software needed to improve in order to reduce the amount of effort when implementing our software.

  ### 25. UI/UX is to be desired

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin G. | Senior Business Systems Analyst, Banking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

OpenAir provides a lot of functionality that is helpful for any Professional Services organization.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The user experience is ultimately what matters in any application. OpenAir certainly misses the mark in this area. The UI very messy, complex, and not at all user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

You may want to test out a few other PSA tools before making your final decision. A complex UI detracts from the value provided to the end user.

  ### 26. User experience not very good

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert W. | Director of Services and Support Center of Excellence, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Initial setup is fairly simple

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The user-side of the tool is not intuitive. It is very heavy and difficult to use - very counter-intuitive. Daily tasks take much longer than they should, because so many steps and so much manual, duplicate work is necessary.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

If you are looking for a tool to track time sheets, expense reports, and vacation requests, then this is a great tool. As soon as you get into the project tracking and project financials part of it, you are going to run into usability issues.

  ### 27. Not impressed

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Senior Director, North American Sales | Digital Transformation | Software ROI, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Okay cloud solution for tracking expenses. Not a lot of steps to create expense reports. Good visibility into where something is in the approval process.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Can't sort expenses by date and frequently have trouble uploading copies of receipts into the system. Have to send separate email to corp to make sure they receive receipts. Cumbersome and not a lot of functionality

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

It's just okay so worth considering other applications if looking at OpenAir.

  ### 28. Does the job but not very impressive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don F. | Practice Director, Internet, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Relatively quick to set up. After a few quick tutorials it's easy to admin. It took me a few hous to set up a skills and resource matrix for company wide rollout.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Interface for common tasks like time and expenses is very clunky.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

There are better tools for project tracking.

  ### 29. Did not wow me

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean F. | Regional Sales Director, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Integration to SFDC was very helpful, just made it easier to access.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Navigation was not intuitive and adding expenses could be difficult at times. Adding mileage certainly could be easier where it calculates by entering addresses.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Probably are better options out here. Have yet to use a very good expense management tool.

  ### 30. Strong product which is highly flexible.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

High range of functionality and little you cannot do with it.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

The flexibility comes at a cost and it can get complex at times. While the reporting solution is powerful for example, it continues to frustrate me.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

Setup is key with this tool and make sure you understand the different data sets that the system generates when it comes to time and invoicing. That gets complex

  ### 31. Good expense management and approvals

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2012

**What do you like best about SuiteProjects Pro?**

Quick to create and submit reports, and approvals are easy and fast. Big improvement over previous app.

**What do you dislike about SuiteProjects Pro?**

UI navigation was not entirely straightforward. Need more flexibility to set defaults by user... too much time setting the same field multiple times on one report.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteProjects Pro:**

This review doesn't address the time reporting and PS mgmt features- others in my org use those capabilities
