We were already using a cloud based document management system however Suitefiles has greater functionality for what we needed. Document signing and tracking were an important feature which we lacked with our previous provider. The transition was smooth and relatively stress free. With all changeovers there are inefficiencies experienced, however there turned out to be a lot less downtime than what we expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lag between saving documents and files which is more of a niggle, than an issue as the lag is less than the previous software we were using. The support can be frustrating as well if you are urgently trying to complete work, but have to wait up to 24 hours for a response. Seems standard with most software providers. We had prevoiusly used dropbox and Suite Files was able to use the same file folders with each client.

The document signing is great that it automaictally saved the signed document into the clients folder.

We are still quite new at using Suitefiles so are still learning all the great features like the Templates.

SuiteFiles is so easy to use and has made our transition from a local server firm to a fully cloud-based firm a breeze! The implementation and data transfer process was relatively painless (even if it took a little longer than expected), and the guys from SuiteFiles were by our side every step to ensure we could get the most out of the product.

We love its flexibility, from setting our filing system and rules that make sense to our firm and team to using the global search function to search for documents quickly and easily.

The formatting when previewing emails in the web browser (especially not being able to see any attachments without downloading the original email) is a bit of an issue.

However, the worst issue arises when you have two clients with the same name. You need to use a work around that solution that is not ideal, and you can only link one client through XPM - you essentially have to choose who is your favourite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use SuiteFiles every day and multiple times a day. It's always easy to access files and create new folders. It makes things easier when the whole team knows we will be able to find the documents we need.

I like how easy the system integrates with Office 365 and Xero Practice Manager. The template system makes letters, emails and spreadsheets simple and consistent to create across the whole team, with standard client information pre-populated straight from the Xero Practice Manager CRM. The integration with the desktop version of Outlook is quite large and so it can slow down the performance of Outlook. This is not a huge issue, and we found as long as our laptop and desktop processors were up to date, the performance of the Outlook app works without any issues.
