SuiteFiles has made our transition from local server to cloud based seamless and effective, offering a structured and transparent step by step implementation, with minimal impact on our ongoing day to day processes. The program interface is simple and user friendly, which has helped with the rollout to all users within our practice.

It is very helpful when your company wants to work remotely. Our staff are able to access documents from any terminal. It integrates with our accounting software, allowing us to create documents from templates with our client details. The least helpful function is the fact that you are unable to edit pdf's properly in the online version. All other documents from excel to word can be opened from the online software and edited in the desktop software, however PDF's cannot. Also when using the suitefiles drive, if you update a document on the drive, it sometimes won't upload to the online system, meaning two staff members can open the same document and be seeing different things. SuiteFiles is a very user-friendly system. Our staff have been able to adapt to the system very quickly because of its design. The fantastic integration with Xero, the file and folder template systems are features that have helped us increase our efficiency, along with using a cloud-based system - this enables us to access any information we need from any computer we use.
