Template setups allow you to automatically pre-fill data from XPM saving time & minimising errors. Ability to search for documents at various levels. **What do you dislike about SuiteFiles?** Desktop Outlook plugin slows down performance of the app. Would be nice to be able to view all files saved under a client rather than having to open the subfolders individually. **What problems is SuiteFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online document management system that integrates with XPM. ### 2. The ease of setting up security permissions and creating folders make it very efficient for our team's paperless document management where shared access is essential. **What do you dislike about SuiteFiles?** As we have imported significant data spanding 10+ years the searching of old data can be problematic at times. It just takes a little extra time. The ability to navigate in various ways does help. **What problems is SuiteFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a cloud based solution to paperless email & document management for a small Finance Team where it is essential team members can access information that is not locked away in individual inboxes. It assists our collaboration and teamwork greatly. ### 3. Electronic signing is great. Email plug-in and OneDrive integration make it even better. **What do you dislike about SuiteFiles?** More support hours for my time zone would be an improvement, but I haven't needed much support. It also requires a Microsoft 365 license that includes SharePoint. **What problems is SuiteFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enables easy and straightforward access, management and collaboration with documents stored in the cloud. We have a fully remote team that constantly need to collaborate on various projects, and leveraging SuiteFiles is an integral part of making our team work productively. ### 4. Templates, when we have these set up and all details correctly entered into XERO this will be great. Signed documents automatically saving. **What do you dislike about SuiteFiles?** We often find that there are glitches when loading the 'Groups' tab in our filing system. Our finance arm cannot integrate with Xplan We cannot rename emails when saving straight to Suitefiles. We do not receive a pop-up asking if we want to save our emails to Suitefiles. **What problems is SuiteFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are spending less time on general administrative tasks. ### 5. The team are always taking on board suggestions.
