Top Rated SuiteDash Alternatives
The client management options are top-notch! Project management helps my business ensure we're always on top of our projects and deliverables are centralized. Billing is everything for us! All of our services are centralized and can be attached to automated actions for ease of use! I also love that they keep coming out with improvements and new features! We were able to leave our proposal software recently and bring that into SuiteDash! If you ever need help - there's a lifesaver under every page that answers any question you have about a function. Email Support is relatively quick and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of live phone or chat support is probably the only thing I dislike only because it's a standard everywhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved that it was a secure, white label program that allowed us to manage our client projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was good until it wasn't. We had over 100 client files to be moved in a different area that disappeared. Tech support said it was a glitch since we've performed that same procedure before and the files appeared where they should be; just so happened that this particular time they did not. We looked everywhere for them and couldn't find them. This is an issue not only because we should be able to find the files, but more importantly because we need the files for a client to pay a 6 figure invoice and for their audit. There is no instant chat support like some other programs or even a phone number to call, so we submit the help request for tech support. After some back and forth, including me showing tech support the screenshot of the folder names and where they were at first, tech support couldn't find them so they escalated it to the "dev team," but I guess we aren't important enough for them so it's been over a week without a resolution, any update, etc. I've had to email them and ask when to expect any type of update, response, etc.
Based on a conversation with someone else who used to use them, if you aren't on their top tier account: you aren't a priority. However, I feel that shouldn't matter since I've been utilizing their service over a year and all customers that spend money should be treated equal. This wouldn't fly with one of our clients that we were providing a service to and I believe that all clients that pay should be treated with the same amount of respect.
I chose this program after reading some other reviews, especially when I saw that I could keep files here organized for each client for historical reference and for audits, since a lot of our work includes projects that utilize federal funding. Well, guess what? Now we are missing money for each day that this issue continues to go on without a resolution and SuiteDash is no help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SuiteDash was surprisingly simple to setup and quite flexible. It is nice to have options for dealing with access levels by user, company or circles. It is also nice to have simple steps for clients to set the portal as an app on their mobile device.
The portal looks professional and the white-label features are easy to follow. The integration with Stripe is quick and it's great to have multiple options for currencies as Stripe allows us to accept payments in different currencies. It is even possible to set the position of the currency symbol on the left or right. This allowed me to set a currency profile with the dollar sign on the right for French Canadian clients. We no longer use SuiteDash. Sadly, it doesn't integrate with many tools that we use.
The company seems to believe that they can answer every needs, which prevents us from using other tools we need.
They also keep revamping plans and use confusing offers to promote new add-ons. The latest promotion for exchanging suitekeys gives a strange vibe about the future of the company.
I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point.
While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with other CRMs so we can properly tag clients on our lists.
I've found great training videos on YouTube. I would suggest adding links from various sections to help sections and videos for quicker access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the idea of circles, where you can make similar dashboards for clients, but by adding them into a circle, you can give them specific access to different pages or tools. For example, I’m providing a complete office management tool for home service companies. While several things will be universal, I can create specific pages/tools for house cleaners, or lawn care, or window cleaners under different “circles”. So clients all share about 80-90% of the same tools/pages, I can add the house cleaners to a “maid service” circle that has a specialized CRM with entries about how many bedrooms and bathrooms their client has for example. Say they decide to also offer window cleaning, it’s just simply adding them to the “window cleaning” circle and now they have access for both sets of tools. The idea is to create these tools once in a circle, and then just give access to whichever clients need them. This allows you to have a very comprehensive management tool, but easily present it to the client like it’s specific to their industry.
They also have API access, so it's pretty easy to use a service like Zapier or Albato to implement some additional automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SuiteDash has so many options. I agree with other reviews that it can almost seem overwhelming, but I thought their support pages have many incredibly helpful videos and walk-throughs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SuiteDash is running the majority of the back end of our business. It is an ideal collaboration environment that spans business functions. We use the CRM and Marketing functions extensively. We are now rolling out the portal for our clients. The personalisation and white labelling is next level. Their phase is extreme white labelling and I cant fault how they have implemented this. Emails, URLs, embeds are all void of their own branding. We will continue to adopt new functions as we need them. But it is good to know that there is a path ready for us. Lastly, the enhancements have been consistent and very impressive. It is always good to know that the software you are relying on it actively being developed. The learning curve is quite steep. I dont think this can be avoided though or risk losing the personalisation. The supporting libraries and videos are comprehensive though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are extremely pleased with our decision to implement SuiteDash into our almost daily workflow. It has checked all of the boxes we were looking for and more, and did so in one concise package, which is so hard to find. Like I am sure most businesses these days, we found ourselves switching between so many different programs and SuiteDash has solved this problem. I highly recommend giving SuiteDash a try, you will be happy you did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To take full advantage of this very robust software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but there are plenty of comprehensive, yet easy to understand resources that walk you through step-by-step everything you need, along with an active community, responsive support staff and additional third-party resources dedicated to helping get everything setup perfectly. I would also recommend setting up the most important workflows first, begin using the software and then build upon that foundation as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SuiteDash is a powerful tool that is highly customizable for a variety of business needs across industries. It doesn't just fill the need for a CRM, an appointment scheduler, a project task tracker, a client dashboard, a shared document repository or an email marketing solution - it does all of those things and more while having automation be an integral part of all those functions! I'm not going to lie, it requires quite a bit of a time investment to really understand the product suite and learn about all of it's features. For those willing to learn and adapt the options to reflect their business processes and needs, the payoff is definitely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a very busy guy. I work full time 6 days a week as a truck driver, have an 11 month old baby at home, and run multiple small businesses of my own. I was always chasing people around with my web development business, and spent more time writing contracts, invoices, and sending emails than actually working on client websites. Enter SuiteDash. Now, almost everything I need to do and communicate with clients is handled in one platform. Don't get me started on the automations! I click one button, and my new client has a contract to sign, an invoice to pay, and a project set up! Being as busy as I am, this helps me get more time with my family, and that is the most important thing of all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike! SuiteDash does everything I need and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to provide a highly customizable and secure client portal to share and request sensitive information without restrictions on how many clients we can provide access to portals (other providers may be cost effective initially, but became very expensive if needing to allow 50+ clients to access) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Portal setup took a bit of time and had a decent learning curve - I managed without too much issues and there were plenty of help guides and tutorials, however staff who were less 'tech-savvy' struggled when they started looking to build our test portal. API and Integrations - having more options when automating from other software would be great, however expect that this will expand over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been exploring SuiteDash and found it quite impressive with its comprehensive platform that consolidates billing, project management, and more. The customization features really allow me to make it align with my business style, and I appreciate how intuitive the interface is, making navigation a breeze. There's a learning curve to master all its functionalities, and might be a bit much for newcomers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its a feature-rich platform from client portal to appointment booking and payments you have everything. There is a ton of tutorial and knowledgebase details available which makes it easy to setup and run the platform. Have a very good support team available to help you and additionally they will setup the entire platform for you at a minimal onetime cost. I use the platform round the clock to manage my business and also integrated ZOOM to schedule meeting and I have every control in a single dashboard that's something like lifesaver for you if you are starting to scale. Eventhough its feature-rich its confusing at times, refer articles tutorials or hire them for one time. Platform load a bit slow, still no data loss or anything just a bit slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
