SuiteCRM Email to Lead is a plugin that can efficiently generate leads from inbound emails. As suggested by the name itself, this plugin is for SuiteCRM users. It is capable of automating the process of lead generation in the software. \*\*Features of Email to Lead\*\* (i) Create Record in any Module As we said earlier, lead generation from the inbound emails is very simple using our plugin. But this is not the only feature that you will get. Apart from leads, the plugin will let you create records in modules like accounts, opportunities, contacts, etc. (ii) Capture Email address from the description of inbound email The plugin is smart enough to capture all the email addresses present in the email body as well. This entire process is automated as well, which means, there is no need for any manual interference. (iii) Mapping of Fields If you want then you can also map different fields like first name, last name, city, contact information, and many more into SuiteCRM. You can use a predefined token for this purpose. (iv) Assign tasks to team members The admin will have the authority to assign tasks to the team members directly from the plugin. It will save a lot of your valuable time since the entire process will be automated.

**What do you like best about SuiteCRM Email to Lead?**

When this feature works properly, its great! It can streamline a process and save a lot of time, which, at the end of the day, is why we have all these programs and softwares.

**What do you dislike about SuiteCRM Email to Lead?**

It only works properly less then half of the time. Trying to get it to work can take more time than putting in the actual work yourself. It's a feature that is not used as often as it should.

**What problems is SuiteCRM Email to Lead solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saved Time in doing the admin work, and allowed sales staff more meaningful time.
