**What do you like best about SuiteCRM?**

I really appreciate SuiteCRM for its high customizability and open-source flexibility, which is perfect for our B2B workflow. We can easily modify fields, modules, workflows, and layout to match how we manage clients and leads. Having a unified customer record is a huge plus as well—everything like emails, calls, meetings, and deals is stored in one place, so our team always has full context when talking to clients. The workflow automation is fantastic for handling routine tasks like follow-up reminders and lead assignment, cutting down on manual work and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Being an open-source, self-hosted solution gives us full control over our data and costs, making it powerful yet not overly complicated. It scales well with our team and client base as we grow.

**What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?**

One of the biggest pain points with SuiteCRM is its user interface and overall user experience — it feels quite dated compared to modern commercial CRMs. The dashboard and navigation can be clunky and unintuitive for new team members, which slows down onboarding and daily use. We’ve also run into issues with out-of-the-box integrations. It doesn’t connect as smoothly with tools like email marketing platforms, accounting software, or project management tools we use in Hong Kong. Most integrations need extra setup, custom work, or third-party connectors, which adds technical effort we’d rather avoid. Another area is performance — when we have a large number of records and complex workflows, the system can feel slow, especially when loading lists or running reports. And while it’s highly customizable, making deep changes often requires technical knowledge or developer support, which isn’t ideal for teams without dedicated IT resources.

SuiteCRM centralizes B2B client data, eliminating scattered records and missed follow-ups. It automates routine tasks, saving time. **What do you like best about SuiteCRM?**

I really appreciate SuiteCRM's 100% open-source customizability. It doesn't have any vendor lock-in or rigid workflows, which is fantastic. It's based on the SugarCRM community edition and gives us unrestricted access to the codebase along with a no-code/low-code customization layer for non-technical teams. It's perfect for our global business because we can customize every aspect of the CRM to fit our industry's needs and regional workflows. We don't have to spend on expensive custom development or be constrained by a vendor's feature roadmap. I also find the initial setup to be modular and flexible, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?**

I find the mobile app performance clunky on iOS and Android. The native app is just a basic wrapper for the web UI, which means it has slow load times and broken offline functionality. This is really important for our field sales reps in places like the EU and APAC where connectivity can be poor. It also lacks mobile-optimized workflows, like quick lead capture or barcode scanning for product quotes.

**What do you like best about SuiteCRM?**

I really like how flexible and customizable SuiteCRM is. We can adjust the modules and workflows so they fit perfectly with the way our manufacturing team works. It makes it easy to track customers, enquiries, and deals all in one convenient place, and the dashboard provides a clear snapshot of everything happening. SuiteCRM helps us manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor ongoing deals efficiently, making our daily workflow smoother. It reduces manual work and keeps all customer information organized. I also appreciate that the setup, while requiring some time for our specific customizations, wasn't overly complicated and eventually made our day-to-day work much easier.

Sometimes the interface feels a bit old and not very smooth, especially when switching between modules. Reports can take time to set up for manufacturing needs. Occasionally, the system feels slow when handling large data. A more modern design and faster performance would improve the experience. There’s room for smoother syncing between systems to reduce manual data entry. Setting up took some time to customize the modules and workflows.

innovation is a little slow, I didnt think it had enough advance features.

I like the fact that you could easily deploy it in-house. Due to data privacy concerns, we prefer to have our clients' information stored on our local servers instead of handing it over to cloud providers.

With regards to improving the b2b sales process, it could have an easier automation workflow. However, it drastically improved our sales process and enhanced the transparency of information processing.

They can build and develop more integration plugins available.

More intuitive templates can be developed.

Sending out newsletters could be enhanced to compete with the likes of ActiveCampaign.

When it comes to a PHP based software or tool , security can be a concern as they have to many loopholes and suiteCRM use some outdate PHP version.

When it comes to documentation limited information is available.

**What do you like best about SuiteCRM?**

The website application itself has a lot of functionality, and modification options seem to be endless. It has some semblance of JIRA to it, meaning tons of customizations, a lot of information storage and management functions.

**What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?**

The software itself is messy in that it has so many different tags and functions for each option you're adding to it. It's working slowly, and the viewing of an added account is in no way user-friendly. If you add a record of any type, say your client to it and add some details to it; once you open it, the information is not displayed in a  user-friendly manner. You might have to scroll or click through multiple tabs or pages to view various parameters of the record.

**Recommendations to others considering SuiteCRM:**

No! I would not recommend it. There are much better alternatives out there. Make your pick.

**What problems is SuiteCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are storing a lot of data in SuiteCRM, and we are using it to retrieve information on a daily basis, but as I mentioned before, we are not very satisfied with it. It's not fast, it's not user-friendly.

Its clean, clear, and concise. I appreciate the areas that allow for project tracking and reporting in a low cost option for CRM.

From a configurability perspective, there is a software development nuance you'll really need to have to get it off the ground. Wouldn't be for the faint of heart.

Come to Suite with a plan on how you want to build out the platform, sales, marketing, reporting, service. You can quickly get swept away with mismanagement of the database if there isn't an goal previously defined

We are using more as a project/ asset tracking post stales support perspective. Its helping us build out KPIs and report more efficiently.

SuiteCRM is an orgainzed and easy to way to implement each task based on the priority. It is a user-friendly marketing tools and a good platform that can be customised based on the business needs.

It uses outdated versions of PHP which makes the application prone to cyber-attacks and can have loopholes that can harm the structure of the codebase. In order to resolve these issues, it has to be updated with the latest features.

Suite CRM is very good product. Using this product we can setup very easily on every environment. Its very user friendly and Admin panel very good we can control every thing from there as per our requirement.

Some its hard to find out documentation for error we got when try to customise and new code as a feature.

Use multiple features to get a 360-degree view of the customer data. It will enable you to gain critical insights that can be used to enhance and nurture your business relationships. It is pretty affordable, so compare your current costs.

We can integrate more of our everyday needs into the system, and it also helps store and share customer data. It saves us money due to the affordability of the program.

One of my previous organization we were struggling to manage the marketing and sales data, we were using some in house tool which had some limitations, hence we adopted CRM Suite and it removed all the hindrances we were facing before, now we can enter the marketing tasks, feedbacks. We can create the accounts for perspectives. We can get the reports and notifications on mail and many more.

It's open source, free. The UI out of the box is pretty easy navigate. It's also nice that you can customize all your default modules with the studio tool.

- challenging to build with because there is so little tech documentation. The user modules are not really built for scale or security. I found it really frustrating to try and get more out of the CRM when there is very little documentation.

We needed a radius map solution which suiteCRM has by default -- however it's only available to admins and there's no easy way to customize the columns for the records that come in. We ended up losing a lot of critical time trying to build into it – and ultimately needed to build our own map tool.

Suite CRM is good and user-friendly CRM, Previously I was using sales-force CRM and I found it difficult to use suite CRM for few days in the beginning then I find it normal and now I am using suite CRM from almost last one year and I am pretty happy with it. I am able to generate desired reports without any issue get better overview of campaigns and can set task and follow-up for the hot leads. Overall as compare to its price it delivering more than my expectation.

Few times its work pretty slow, especially when I fetch large reports, rest other things are completely fine and overall I am happy with it.

Instead of going for highly priced CRM try this once and I am sure you will thanked me later.

I love this solution because it provides a good service for free. CRM Suite is one of the best on the market and one of the preferred ones for the simple reason that it is scalable and has a comfortable and adaptable interface according to what you need, also has a good technical support that is completely aware of any inconvenience.

**What do you like best about SuiteCRM?**

SuiteCRM is one of the best Customer Relation Management systems that I personally used. I've used other  software in my previous lines of work but I prefer SuiteCRM hands down. SuiteCRM is useful when I need to call or email patients to set up meetings. It is easy to manage accounts with importing, exporting, and merging records. My favorite feature is the survey feature, it comes in handy to know what our patients like best. 

**What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?**

SuiteCRM is a little dated and runs slow sometimes, of course, that could be a connection issue (according to my IT guy). Also, if you don't have the updated version, SuiteCRM 7.10 plus, there are limited theme options. It's not really that important, but I would like to make our pages a little more flashy.

It's worth a shot, I would at least try it before investing in the more updated options.

There have not been too many problems, but I can say that using SuiteCRM makes things go more smoothly. I was told that the old system was much worse and that SuiteCRM has been a blessing.
