SuggestionBox.tips gives any business a suggestion box people can reach in one tap: a link and QR code for tables, counters and receipts, a Feedback button for your website, or smiley faces in your emails. Messages arrive privately. Only the business reads them; they are not public reviews. Each one comes in as an idea, a problem or a compliment. Similar messages are grouped into one issue with a count, urgent ones are flagged, and a message written in any language arrives with an English version underneath. You reply from one inbox, and the person hears back by email or on their private link. The Free plan includes one suggestion box with its own link, QR code and posters, replies, grouping, and an email for each new message. The Business plan adds three more kinds of box: a smiley box for rating any moment (a visit, a delivery, an appointment), a public ideas board where people vote and you mark ideas Planned, Doing or Done, and a private box only the people you choose can read. It also adds unlimited boxes, a website button, your logo and colors, your own web address, routing to the right person on your team, text alerts for urgent messages, and a reminder to someone else when nobody replies in time. People can also leave a message for a business that has no suggestion box yet. One is created for it, and when we can find the business's address we email them so they can claim it for free.
