"A Holistic Platform for Marketplace Transactions & Co-Sell engagements with Cloud Alliance Partners"
5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

Suger.io has become an indispensable tool for our co-sell and marketplace transaction processes with both AWS and Google. The platform's ease of use and intuitive interface stand out immediately, making it incredibly simple to both integrate with and use. From navigating transactions to tracking co-sell opportunities, the application platform excels and is highly efficient, significantly streamlining our workflow.

What truly sets Suger.io apart, however, is the remarkable engagement and responsiveness of their team. They are genuinely committed to the platform's continuous improvement, consistently taking our feedback into account. It’s clear that our suggestions are not just heard—they are acted upon. This proactive approach to continuous enhancements and their dedication to evolving the platform's capabilities have made a significant positive impact on our daily operations.

Suger.io was incredibly easy to deploy in just a matter of hours and several meetings where were up and running with a transfer of all our existing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

The platform continues to mature to reach edge cases, which are being identified and embraced quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined private offers and fantastic customer service"
5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

The platform is incredibly easy to use. Sending AWS private offers through the Marketplace portal is a chore and complicated. Suger makes it so simple, and you can even use a widget in SFDC to send offers directly from the opportunity. This integration is game changing.

Suger also makes co-selling a breeze, and basically any feature can be automated through mapping.

Our experience with our customer success team is always the best. We have direct slacks with the team, as well as weekly check ins. Anything we ask for (from bugs to product requests) are handled quickly and correctly. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Suger as well as the product.

I use this platform every day, multiple times a day. I could not be happier with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

This is very nitpicky, but like any fast moving software company you can have situations where one thing gets fixed and that breaks another thing. This is just growing pains, and they always get fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Indispensable Tool For Marketplace Mastery"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

Suger is absolutely mission-critical for anyone aiming to build a sustainable go-to-market (GTM) strategy with AWS, Google, or Microsoft. The application itself is undeniably secure, stable, and feature-rich – these are fundamental requirements. However, what truly differentiates Suger is its exceptional human support.

Individuals like Jon, Chengjun, and Gabriel are incredibly accessible; they feel like an extension of our team. Their expertise ranges from the tactical to the strategic, providing invaluable guidance. We're consistently expanding our use of Suger, aligning it with changes in partner programs and our evolving business needs. Furthermore, our feedback has been directly incorporated into product enhancements, which not only simplifies our work but also strengthens our alliance GTM efforts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

There are no major dislikes to speak of at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Single unified cloud marketplace interface for across various cloud solutions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

Suger provides a single, unified interface for cloud marketplaces, eliminating the need to manage the disparate rules and data models of multiple platforms. This approach greatly simplifies our billing systems and integration workflows, easy to setup, and quick to implement. The value proposition is compelling: Suger significantly reduces our operational complexity and paid for itself quickly all the while simultaneously expanding our reach to new customers.

We have been a using Suger since their early stages and it feels like a partnership with them and they are crucial part of our billing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

- renewal or upsale of the entitlement with entitlement term is still not smooth. Entitlement term feature in general needs more flexibilities

- UI information density can be increased Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From my personal experience, the Suger website is a game changer when it comes to user interface. It's remarkably user-friendly, with all tools clearly displayed on the website. The order creation process is clean and easy to navigate. What makes all the difference is the ability to set up even complex processes. The customer support is equally impressive - communication is clear, and I receive guidance for any issues or questions within a very short period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

Currently, no. All the enhancements I highlighted have been addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easiest Marketplace Platform to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

Suger is incredibly easy to use. The team had us up and running in an matter of minutes and we can create private offers for customers in half the time of our previous vendor's platform.

The revenue reporting in Suger is excellent - making it easy to identify which transactions were bundled into a single payment from a cloud partner.

Finally, their customer support team is fantastic: issues are resolved quickly compared to weeklong wait times with our previous vendor.

In all, these capabilities add up to a tremendous value for any SaaS company that needs to transact via cloud marketplaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

Would love to see Suger integrate with more marketplaces so we could extend our use of their platform to more transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Driving AWS Co-Sell Efficiency and Partner Alignment with Suger"
5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

Suger has completely streamlined how we manage AWS Marketplace listings, co-sell, and HubSpot in one place. It eliminates manual duplication, accelerates opportunity acceptance, and keeps our partner alignment crystal clear. The integration is seamless, reliable, and a huge boost to our AWS sales motion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

There’s honestly very little to dislike about Suger. The pace of updates and feature enhancements is impressive, and every release seems to add more value. The platform keeps getting better, so my only “complaint” is that it’s hard to imagine running our AWS co-sell and Marketplace workflows without it now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly responsive team has addressed our needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

- Responsiveness: Suger is highly responsive to all service requests, regardless of their scope. When we don't know how to do something in the product, or with the marketplaces overall, Suger is always there to help

- Time Savings: We've saved significant time deploying two products and two different clouds. I don't have to think about engineering complexity at all, since it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

- Financial Reporting: Some uncertainty still remains with our accountants on how best to use the marketplaces and Suger for financial reporting, including cost of sales. Some ease of use could be improved here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Suger is the must-have tool if your organisation is serious about Cloud partnerships"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Suger?

1 - End-to-End Co-Sell Automation in Salesforce

With Suger, Fireblocks eliminated the need to register opportunities directly in Cloud CRM portals. Sellers now create co-sell records directly in Salesforce, and Suger automatically syncs them with Cloud CRM portals—no duplicate entry, errors, or delay.

2- One-Click Private Offers and Workflow Handoff

Suger turned a multi-step process into a 1-click Salesforce action. Private offers are now created from CRM data with predefined rules, synced automatically with the appropriate marketplace, and tracked across stages. Slack notifications update stakeholders on entitlement, approval, and disbursement.

Crucially, the deployment of Suger has supported a strategic shift of marketplace operations from Alliances to Deal Desk, freeing up capacity in the former to focus on co-sell.

3 - Slack Alerts and Financial Signal Sync

Suger introduced Slack-based alerts triggered by disbursements and entitlement changes. It also syncs marketplace status back into Salesforce, giving Finance and RevOps a unified and consistent view of this data.

In summary, Suger has transformed how we run our Cloud partnerships. It has eliminated manual overhead, unlocked new channels and helped to ensure our back office processes will be fit for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Suger?

The ability to build your own automations and field mapping logic is quite difficult unless you are an expert in scripting, which means you will typically need support from the Suger team (which they always provide). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
