The Succession Wizard software empowers organizations to manage their succession planning efforts proactively. It provides a structured approach to identify and address staffing gaps, prepare for leadership transitions, and maintain the smooth continuity of critical roles.

The software works very well but is purely windows based, and support for other operating systems leaves plenty to be desired.
