Easy to use, click heavy, needs smarter AI **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026 **What do you like best about Success.co EOS Traction software?** I like that it is very simple to use, however the UI sometimes can be a little click intensive. I like the new feature that allows you to monitor a teams health and shows where the team can improve. Along with that the AI seems to be a good idea, however, it is not always the best recommendation for the type of business I am. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** I feel like it can be very click intensive and the scorecards are a little too basic. I like to see my data in charts and graphs and the scorecards are a little too diluted to be able to see trends and changes. As well the AI is very basic and does not take into account the type of business we are and the struggles of our previous issues. **What problems is Success.co EOS Traction software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It give a uniform place for me and my teams to put our issues and to-dos. I wish it integrated better with our Microsoft suite so my to-dos would be more in my face during the week.
