Submittable is used to house all of our applications and is the reviewing process of our annual cycle. For what we need, it fits us perfectly! Some of the updates have reset my settings without my knowledge. I've only found out when something stopped working correctly and had to troubleshoot. Also, not knowing the pricing and setting up the pricing is quite agravating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are not able to sort at a more granular level RE: status completion of some of our additional forms. The report export function is also not very intuitive. It offers many options but after much tinkering, they don't produce the desired results. We will likely need to purchase dedicated programming time from Submittable support to get customized report exports that work for is.

I find it hard to figure out the listing of a new organisation on Brightfunds. There was an organisation registered in India that is helping a lot of people in different areas, whom I suggested listing their profile on Brightfunds but somehow, the registration process was not easy to explore on our own.
