Submit is very very flexible in its workings. Our team is using it to process online applications for Defective Concrete Block Grant Applications. These applications are based on regulations as set out by the government and are complicated. Submit as a platform allows it to be simplified for the public to fill out.
It allows full tracking of all applications, including draft / incomplete applications whgich is vital for us to assist members of teh public in filling out their forms.
We will potentially be processing grant amounts to the initial tune of ten's of millions through the platform, actual payments will be handled through a different application.
As of the time of writing, 70 initial and complictacted applications have been submitted. Thanks to the back end use we have check lists for each question. As such we have had no issues due to human error by our staff while validating / processing the applications.
