Easy-to-use interface with great code highlighting and completion. Regex is powerful. I use it everyday. It's able to handle many different file formats and is fast. The applications is relatively low cost and works well on both OSX and Windows. The ability to create projects is very useful. Sublime Text keeps track of your open files and saves your work even if you shut down the application before saving modified files. There are many plugins available to extend the application. Plugins are easy to install. The plugins I use include Emmet, Sublime​Code​Intel, and SublimeLinter. Application development is stable and there isn't a need for frequent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sublime Text? Adding packages and syncing configuration between computers could be slightly better but really no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Sublime Text: Collaboration is not as seemless or user-friendly as using an IDE. Customization is extensive but adding plugins and other adjustments require an ability to work with text-based config files. That shouldn't be a problem for most developers.
