"Customisation is the key"

5/5

What do you like best about Sublime Text?

One of the best features of sublime is the customisation ability it has which allows me to install several plugins available from the community to maximise my productivity and accelerate my workflow. Sublime's Package Control allows for easy installation of different packages, and instantly notifies me if there are any updates to the packages I am using. I also enjoy how it allows me to customise the UI look and feel of the IDE as I usually enjoy darker theme for programming at night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sublime Text?

I dislike that there is no built in way to export code (ex. PDF) and some packages need Debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sublime Text:

Check online for which packages to install regarding your project needs as there is a great variety of packages from what to choose from. Some packages might not meet all the requirement that you want and need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sublime Text solving and how is that benefiting you?

I usually use sublime for web development so auto tag competition packages accelerate my workflow. When programming with Python the packages available allow me to auto check if the code will run smoothly. Overall the customisation and packages available allow me to adapt the IDE to my everyday needs and the needs of my current project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
