So many reporting modules out there claim to do great things but are developed by people who have no idea of the requirements of retail reporting, but the Style Arcade team have been there and done everything, so the platform is user-friendly, and it has more than halved the amount of time I spend on data manipulation. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** That the sales rolls over daily, instead of being in real time. It's a small thing that I can work around but in a fast fashion business it can be a bit limiting when you need to see what sales you've done today and make decisions in real time. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** - time saved avoiding extensive data manipulation - product insights that we wouldn't have otherwise had, especially around sales by size and colour - all our reporting is in one place - time saved not having to cut & paste product images into weekly trade reports post season presentations - reports available instantly, rather than having to run data and wait upto 30 minutes for the data export. **Official Response from Madeline Caris:** > Hi Elise, the team here love reading your review & feedback! It has been beneficial to have these metrics to see what styles are moving fast and which aren't. You can view this in your retail locations or your e-commerce platform. You can also easily track inventory across retail and warehouse locations. Power filters are great; being able to filter on many different dimensions has been great. **What do you dislike about Style Arcade?** We are US-based customers, and having things listed in USD with AUD next to it is a little confusing. The platform doesn't allow you to filter by specific date ranges. You have to filter based on either week, which isn't as easy as it could be. The platform does have a little bit of a learning curve. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory management, seeing sales by size by week. The best features are the different ways you can see sell-through rate, last four-week sell-through, etc... It can be tricky to see total sales from that feature when it has to be within the week or quarter. With no public API for being able to pull data from the range plan or product information tools you are stuck with exporting CSV files. We have had to develop our own data transfer middleware with the old-school CSV drag -and-drop end-user interface just to get data from Style Arcade to our other systems. **What problems is Style Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Style Arcade for all range planning, product information management and product purchase decision-making. ### 22.
