The platform is not user friendly. Needs to provide an abundance of resources to improve my studies. The lessons and quizzes keep does not me engaged and motivated. **What do you dislike about Studytube?** The inconvenience of being unable to access my courses at any time, from anywhere is obstructive. Studytube has completely disturbed the way I learn. Studytube strives to solve problems. There are aspects that I find somewhat disappointing. **What problems is Studytube solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform needs to benefit from a user friendly interface as it is sometimes difficult to navigate and access the desired content. The search feature uses some improvements since it occasionally yields results wasting time. ### 2. The Online Training Library is one of my favorite features. It is very user-friendly, the implementation was easy, and customer support has been phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Studytube?** The only downside I feel is needing more offerings in courses **What problems is Studytube solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am only a user so I cannot comment on what Studytube is solving for our company besides solving our Learning Platform issue. The curriculum is designed in such a way that they get maximum benefit out of the learning program for their time and efforts. The process is very easy yet efficient. **What do you dislike about Studytube?** One thing I dislike about Studytube is their pool of courses. They are limited only to few regions , and for this reason, it was not very helpful for technical employees. **What problems is Studytube solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an IT employee, learning new technologies and keeping knowledge up to market level is really important to survive in this day and age. The best thing is the easy way to access Studytube; easier than other providers. **What do you dislike about Studytube?** So many providers that it is sometimes hard to make your choice. Not all problems are solved (yet). Improve specific solutions in the tool for specific questions. **What problems is Studytube solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an online and blended learning system for all personal and a good overview of all learning possibilities and activities. Furthermore, a graphically beautiful LMS, works as expected. **What do you dislike about Studytube?** Since it's software, there's always a balance between standardization vs customization (for us specifically), so not all our wishes are implemented **What problems is Studytube solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Consolidation of everything L&D related into 1 system: Ability to book extern training via Marketplace, host/register events and offer our own content on 1 platform - Leverage L&D ownership by empowering the managers to manage and promote development in their teams - Decrease time spent on L&D administration - Facilitate learning for our employees: by providing training content from our preferred trainers and Studytube's online training content ### 8. It is even possible to import courses that we buy externally. Possibilities to use Single Sign-on for our users **What do you dislike about Studytube?** While creating a course from scratch, the Layout could be a little bit fancier. Providing access for nonemployees could be improved. So let's say we have contractors. **What problems is Studytube solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have one central LMS for the whole worldwide organization. We can monitor the progress of the employees and send reminders for mandatory courses.
