StudyTeam is comprised of two applications, StudyTeam for Sites and StudyTeam for Sponsors, that together bring research site workflows online and enable sites, sponsors, and other key stakeholders to work together more effectively using common technology.StudyTeam for Sites is a site-owned application that replaces multiple tracking systems and logs with a single system that shares progress and critical insights with all of a site’s sponsors for all of their trials. The system is great for tracking recruitment efforts. Tasks are easy to assign and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about StudyTeam? It's challenging to capture patient data. Only one phone number can be entered at a time, no backup numbers. Cannot search tasks by study ID number. There is only one box for a patient's full name. So if you search the full name but omit the middle initial, the search will not bring up the patient. There needs to be separate fields for first, middle, and last names. Also, the subject number does not populate in the box of patient information when searching for a patient only showes DOB, Phone #, MRN and Trials. Studyteam allows our site to combine patient database management with detailed tracking of the patient's journey during the selection process of a trial. There is a lack of control by the site user to modify certain data (e.g. delete duplicate patients). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is StudyTeam solving and how is that benefiting you? During a trial selection process, our site processes a lot patients. Because we used to track the status of these patients through paper forms and digital spreadsheets, it was not infrequent to lose a lot of time tracking where the information was stored. You have a perfect overview of all your studies. The customer service is great and it is easily available. You add tags to patients to help you with future studies.
