Would miss potential clients because I was busy tattooing and didn't see their message for hours. Using my personal phone for everything meant I never had downtime - clients would hit me up on weekends, late at night, whenever. It was affecting my relationships and I was getting seriously burned out. Now everything goes through Studioflo and Athena responds immediately even when I'm offline. I don't have a Google Business profile since I'm independent, but I gave it my Trustpilot link and it naturally asks clients for reviews during normal conversations. Not in some robotic "please leave a 5-star review" way - it's actually conversational and feels genuine. My Trustpilot went from like 3 reviews to over 30 in a few months. All my Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, texts, emails - everything shows up in one inbox instead of me checking four different apps. I started on the free version and it was already super helpful. Upgraded to the paid plan recently to test out the assistant feature they have and good lord has it been a lifesaver - it handles all the inquiries automatically in like 30 seconds. I used to only rely on foot traffic and word of mouth, so I'd have crazy busy months and then dead periods where I'm stressing about rent. Now I can literally just set a budget and let it run ads for me - no clue how marketing works, but it just handles everything.
