Booking Plans support hourly pricing, fixed packages and packages with overtime. Studios control lead times, booking windows, opening hours, buffers and deposits. The admin calendar shows bookings across rooms. Shared resources and add-on inventory help keep gear availability consistent between spaces. Pro adds staff scheduling, time off and a freelancer claim workflow for reservations that need production support. Customer history, payment status and booking invoices stay connected to the reservation. Pro also includes recurring memberships, prepaid hour packages, money or hour wallet credits and a client portal. Returning clients can review balances and manage eligible bookings through the portal. Revenue reports, utilisation views and demand heatmaps help owners review booking patterns. StudioDock connects to Stripe for payments and Google Calendar for calendar sync. Pro supports webhooks, Zapier-ready workflows, GA4 and Meta Pixel conversion tracking, plus tenant-scoped MCP and CLI integrations for supported AI-agent workflows. Pro includes custom-domain and theme options; full customer-facing white-label is available with Custom. Admin screens are in English, while customer booking pages support multiple languages. Starter begins at EUR 49/month and includes 3 public Spaces and 3 team seats. Pro is EUR 89/month with 5 public Spaces and unlimited team seats; extra active Spaces are billed separately. Annual billing is available, and Custom is quoted individually. Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial without a credit card.
