There's also a convenient shell with autocomplete which saves time when needing to iterate over documents and perform bulk updates. **What do you dislike about Studio 3T?** Cost and licensing. In the past it's been extremely expensive and could be cost prohibitive. I've prepaid for my current subscription, but it does sound like they recently updated pricing. Therefore if I want to delegate user management, I should make one person an owner, which is a bus factor. I also love the options from right-clicking on elements. For example, I can just delete or copy one specific field in the UI instead of the whole document. That makes it really convenient. I also love that Studio 3T shows you the MongoDB query that you created when you use the visual query builder feature. It is very nice to be able to see the real MongoDB query code, and it makes it easier to code in applications. **What do you dislike about Studio 3T?** I dislike that sometimes there are issues with copying/pasting documents. I also dislike that sometimes, there are errors that are hard to understand and debug. I think it also has issues with Azure Cosmos DB which is not exactly like MongoDB. I wish it was easier to construct MongoDB queries that are very complex and involve complicated queries. I also dislike that it is not free to use. Inbuilt shell (intellishell) for writing custom query Separate interface to build pipeline for aggregation operation Map reduce, schema compare, schema analysis, sql to mongo query conversion, backup and restore are the other features which reduces our daily effort on multiple tasks. Connection management will be the best you would find in this if you are dealing with multiple server on your daily routine. For me I work on microservice architecture so I am having huge list of server and database. It does allow tagging a color to every connection so you would tag your production in red color to prevent accidental damage to it. Inline editing of documents, without blocking the main ui (unlike mongodb compass which blocks the user action during load operation). **What do you dislike about Studio 3T?** Trial version is limited to only 3 connection.
