**What do you like best about STS?**

Running the daily reports is very easy.
The tool is user-friendly and easy to get trained on.
The search feature is very quick in getting the required information.

**What do you dislike about STS?**

Many time gives issues in e-signature.
The option of directly writing a date option should be given in the function diary.
Needs to improve a lot to make it more user-friendly on mobile.

**What problems is STS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped in easy onboarding. It's great for keeping everything in an organized and sorted manner. Reminder features are also useful for keeping track and being on track.
